Hygienic Investigation Of Secondary Water Supply In Chongqing City

ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of acrylamide on reproductive toxicity in male rats, and the influence of expression of PCNA and EGFR in testicular tissues, to explore the mechanism of male reproductive toxicity induced by acrylamide.MethodsAll secondary water supply entities of 39 districts in Chongqing were inspected for sanitary condition and water quality, regular indices and disinfectant indices were tested. Finally, sanitary condition of secondary water supply were analyzed by statistic analysis. The 39 districts and counties divided into four functional areas. Compared secondary water quality of different regions, and then analyzed factors.Results1649 entities of secondary water supply were investigated; entity with qualified sanitation certificate accounted for 53% and entity with regular sterilization accounted for 25.03%; rate of preventive health supervisory review was 24.32%. Significant correlation was found between the qualified sanitation certificate and the situation of hygienic management. There was a significant correlation between the tank disinfected regularly and the qualified rate of water samples. The situation of hygienic management on main district of Chongqing city was significantly better than other areas. The qualified rate of disinfectant indices on Southeast and Northeast were significantly lower than other areas. The qualified rate of water samples on Southeast were significantly lower than other areas.ConclusionThe sanitary condition of entity with qualified sanitation certificate were better than no license one. Strengthen supervise and urge the behavior of the secondary water supply unit on a regular basis secondary sterilization and the tank disinfected regularly. Speed up the transform share tank to prevent the secondary pollution.After analysis, whether it is water passing rate, or secondary water supply units own code of conduct, etc., Urban Development District, The Northeast District and The Southeast District were not as good as The Main District. To focus on improving the secondary water supply Sanitation in Urban Development District, The Northeast District and The Southeast District. To enhance the supervision of secondary water supply in remote areas.
