Objective: By sampling survey method to understand the current situation of basic medical and health institutions medical staff personality traits, job characteristics, turnover intention and job burnout, using multiple regression and correlation analysis to explore the correlation between the main influence factors and influence factors, based on proposed to reduce the turnover intention intention and occupational burnout level theory suggests that the grass-roots medical personnel, for basic medical and health institutions and more initiatives to parallel to improve stability and staff performance and provide a theoretical basis. To fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the work of grassroots medical staff, improve work performance, and enhance the ability of primary health care services.Methods: Between June and July 2015, Changyi District, Jilin City, Panshi City to carry out the grassroots medical and health institutions and medical staff related survey, Changyi District, Panshi City a total of 12 basic medical and health institutions medical staff to carry out questionnaire. The investigation content includes five parts, the general survey, personality evaluation, job characteristics investigation and retention intention investigation and job burnout survey, respectively. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS19.0 statistical software. For continuous variables with normal distribution with mean standard deviation; do not accord with normal distribution with the median and four percentile interval representation; count data rate and constituent ratio. The single factor analysis, the continuous variables with normal distribution, comparison between groups using t test and variance analysis; do not conform to the normal distribution of the data groups were compared using non parametric test. The discrete variables of two or more groups distribution compared by chi square test, the level difference between multiple groups were compared using the Wilcoxon rank sum test. The multi factor analysis, multivariate linear regression logistic regression analysis.Results: 1. Personality dimension score are in the "medium level range, age, highest degree, self rated health status, whether the administrative positions, interests and job matching and turnover intention is a personality trait of medical personnel in medical and health institutions at the grassroots level each dimension score difference the main influencing factors.2. The characteristics of work table score of each dimension in 9.01-10.63, belongs to the medium level; the highest and lowest score is the importance of task and work autonomy; gender, age, professional titles, where types of medical institutions, chairman of the position, without administrative positions, salary and pay labor relations, the economic burden of the family, personality and job matching and practicing environment cognition is working characteristics of each dimension score between the main influencing factors.3. Retention will moderate and below accounted for more than half the total, the grass-roots medical staff turnover tendency; gender, unit identity and interest in working with matching degree is a basic medical and health institutions medical staff retention will score between the main influencing factors.4. Emotional exhaustion, to humanity and personal achievement sense to reduce the three dimensions of job burnout are in not obvious within the scope of, belong to mild burnout; among them, emotional exhaustion the detection rate is the highest, followed by depersonalization, personal accomplishment sense and reduce the prevalence rate was the lowest. Gender, family economic burden, working life, self rated health status, the highest degree of education, leaving thoughts and personality and job matching degree are the main factors that influence the job burnout of medical staff in primary level.5. Extroversion- introversion(E) and job burnout of three dimensions showed a negative correlation; hide(L) and grassroots medical staff job burnout and its three dimensions are negatively correlated; neuroticism(n) and grassroots medical staff job burnout and its three dimensions are positively related; psychoticism(P) and basal layer medical personnel to human nature and personal achievement sense has reduced the positive correlation;6. Three dimensions. Job autonomy and job burnout was negatively correlated; skill variety of score and emotional exhaustion was also positively related, and personal achievement sense decreased negative correlation; task completeness and primary health care personnel to humanization and personal achievement sense of lower scores showed negative correlation; task importance and grassroots medical staff to humanity and personal achievement sense of lower scores showed negative correlation; from the other members of the work of the organization and the more feedback, depersonalization and personal accomplishment to a lower sense of; cooperative and personal achievement sense reduce present negative correlation7. Retention and emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment three dimensions were negatively correlated;Conclusion:1. Basic medical staff degree, professional and technical title and salary is low; supernumerary personnel accounted for a relatively high, and the lack of the necessary welfare and security; heavy workload, career satisfaction is not high, turnover intention is serious.2.Basic medical staff psychoticism(P) shows a positive tendency, interest and work, the lower the degree, P score higher, to assume the administrative duties of the grass-roots medical staff P score is relatively low; outgoing- basic medical staff within(E) in the middle level, the better self-rated health status E scores, the higher neuroticism; basic medical staff(N) shows a positive tendency, interest and work, the lower the degree, N score higher, self-rated health status is worse, N score higher, with the increase of age, E score decreased; basic medical staff cover of(L) showed a negative tendency, interest and work, the lower the degree, L score lower, with the medical staff turnover thought L score is relatively high, the higher the degree, the lower the score of L scale.3. The working characteristics of the 3 basic medical staff scores, task importance of the highest score, the lowest score of work autonomy; task importance scores and professional titles, a multitasker, personality and job matching degree and the practice environment cognition was positively correlated negatively correlated with age; task integrity and the scores of personality and work, and to pay compensation and labor relations cognition is positively related to women’s grassroots medical workers scored higher than male; the importance of task scores and professional titles, personality and job matching degree and the family economic burden was positively related to the township hospital medical workers were higher than that of the community health service center; positive work autonomy scores correlated with age, medical staff in township hospitals were higher than that of the community health service center; feedback score and gender work matching degree is positively related to the township Institute of health score higher than the community health service center; cooperation was negatively correlated with age and professional titles; others have feedback administrative duties of the grass-roots medical staff got higher score.4. Grassroots health workers have a higher turnover, retention will score and unit identity and interest matching degree is positively related, primary female medical staff retention than men.5. Grassroots medical staff emotional exhaustion score and extroversion- introversion(E), lie(L) score was negatively correlated with neuroticism(n) was positively related to human scores and personality traits psychoticism(P), neuroticism(n) was positively correlated, and extraversion- introversion(E), cover decoration(L) showed a negative correlation; personal achievements are lower and the scores of personality traits psychoticism(P), neuroticism(n) was positively correlated, and extraversion-introversion(E), lie(L) showed a negative correlation.6. Grassroots medical staff emotional exhaustion scores and job characteristics dimensions of a variety of skills positively, and work autonomy was negatively correlated; to human scores and job characteristics dimensions of task, task significance, task autonomy, feedback and feedback from others showed negative correlation; personal achievement sense of reduced scores and job characteristics dimension skill variety, task, task significance, job autonomy, job feedback, cooperation and others feedback were negatively correlated.7. The grass-roots medical staff occupational burnout dimensions of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal accomplishment to a lower sense of all and the tendency of continuance intention showed a negative correlation.8. Grassroots medical staff emotional exhaustion detection rate of the highest, personal achievement the reduced sense of detection rate is the lowest, emotional exhaustion score turnover idea, family economic burden was positively correlated, and personality, job matching degree, work experience and self rated health status was negatively correlated, the grass-roots women medical staff score than men; personal achievement sense to reduce the score and character matching degree was negatively correlated; depersonalization score and turnover thought was positively correlated with the highest degree, and personality, job matching is negative correlation; the grass-roots women medical staff score higher than male...
