Clinical Observation Of Yangxue Runzao Decoction In The Treatment Of Psoriasis With Blood Deficiency And Wind Dryness

Objective:This topic made clinical observation on Yangxue Runzao Decoction in the treatment of psoriasis with blood deficiency and wind dryness syndrome,and explored the mechanism of treating psoriasis with the therapeutic principle of "nourishing blood and moistening dryness,extinguishing wind and relieving itching",and proved the clinical effectiveness and safety of this prescription.Method:Seventy patients with psoriasis blood deficiency and wind dryness syndrome meeting the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 35 cases in each group according to random number table method.The treatment group was given self-made Yangxue Runzao Decoction,and the control group was given Moisturize and relieve itching capsule.Two groups at the same time external use of Qingpeng ointment.One course of treatment lasted for 15 days,and 4 courses of treatment were observed.Result:Through clinical observation,2 cases of shedding were found in both groups,and 66 cases were actually completed.In the treatment group,9 cases were cured,11 cases were significantly effective,9 cases were effective and 4 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 87.88%.In the control group,3 cases were cured,6 cases were significantly effective,15 cases were effective,and 9 cases were ineffective,respectively.The total effective rate was 72.73%.The analysis shows that the total efficiency of the former is higher than that of the latter.After statistical analysis,P<0.05,the difference between the two groups is statistically significant.The two groups have statistical differences in improving the area,color,morphology and thickness of the skin damage(P<0.05),and the improvement of the main symptoms in the treatment group is better than that in the control group.The two groups have statistical significance in improving itching,heartlessness and insomnia(P<0.05),and the treatment group is better than in the control group.Conclusion:The study shows that Yangxue Runzao Decoction has certain effectiveness and safety in the treatment of psoriasis with blood deficiency and wind dryness syndrome,and there is no obvious adverse reaction,which is worthy of application.
