| Objective: By observing the seven plus or minus side of white cream the aging mouse skin superoxide dismutase (SOD), Maleic Dialdehyde(MDA) and the pathological morphology of the impact and the weight of the same area of the skin and its water content to seven plus or minus side of white cream anti-oxidant, anti-aging effect Method: Selected 40 healthy female Kunming mice, were randomly divided into blank control group, model control group, traditional Chinese medicine preparation group and control group of Complexion Tightening And Nursering Milk, using cervical subcutaneous injection of D-galactose back the establishment of aging model ,to seven plus or minus side and Complexion Tightening And Nursering Milk for external use as a control group, intervention means to the skin of aging mice. SOD, MDA and the activity of the same area of skin to observe the effect of weight and moisture content indicator. Result:(1)Compared with model control group,the activity of SOD of the TCM preparation group and Complexion Tightening And Nursering Milk group were improve (P <0.05), MDA levels was low(P <0.05);improved the TCM preparation group, Complexion Tightening And Nursering Milk group skin of mice water content and quality (P <0.05), compared with statistical significance,having the statistical significance relatively (2)Compared with Complexion Tightening And Nursering Milk group the activity of SOD and MDA didn't have the statistical significance in the same weight skin of the TCM preparation group(P> 0.05), the moisture and quality of the same area of skin also had no statistical significance (P > 0.05). Conclusion: (1)seven white cream plus or minus can delay the skin ageing in the D-galactose mice. (2)The mechanism may be through increasing the content of SOD ,the content of MDA, enhancing the ability of antioxidant and scavenging free radicals of the organism ,and increasing the content of water in the skin, improving the condition of skin to achieve the effect of delay the skin aging. |
