Observation On The Efficacy Of The Seven White Curative Effect By Disposable Drug Film

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Chinese herbal medicine Qizibai lotion-free film on chloasma.Methods:The patients included in the study were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with Astragalus cream smearing on the face of chloasma,while the treatment group was treated with Qizibaiyao on the basis of the control group.The scores of skin lesions and symptoms before and after treatment and the analysis values of VISIA skin tester were recorded.After 8 weeks of continuous treatment,the curative effect was evaluated after the end of treatment.All data in this study were analyzed by SPSS 22.0Results:(1)There were 64 clinical cases in this study,32 cases in the treatment group and 32 cases in the control group.In the treatment group,0 cases were cured,2 cases were markedly effective,29 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective,the total effective rate was 96.87%.In the control group,0 cases were basically cured,0 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective and 21 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 35.48%.(2)After treatment,the MASI scores of the two groups were compared with those of the two groups before treatment.There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.001)it was suggested that both groups were better than those before treatment,but the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(3)The statistical analysis of VISIA was used in the treatment group and the control group.The values of surface color spot,brown color spot and ultraviolet spot before and after treatment were statistically significant(P < 0.001),suggesting that both groups were better than those before treatment,but there was a significant difference between the two groups.The curative effect of the treatment group was better thanthat of the control group.Conclusion:Compared with astragalus cream group in the treatment of chloasma,the area and severity index of chloasma were evaluated by(MASI),and the surface color spots and brown spots of VISIA skin detector were compared.The total effective rate of ultraviolet spot score before and after treatment was compared,and the following(1)Both treatments had curative effect on chloasma,which could properly reduce the size of skin lesions and dilute the color of skin lesions.However,the improvement of skin damage index in Qizi Bai wash membrane group was significantly better than that in simple astragalus cream group.(2)Both treatments were effective in the treatment of chloasma.However,the total effective rate of Qizi white free washing film group was higher than that of simple astragalus cream group.(3)In this study,Qizi white free washing film was more effective in the treatment of female chloasma,the cost was relatively low,and the operation was more convenient.It is worthy of further application and popularization in clinic.
