Clinical Comparative Study Of Egg White Gardenia Treatment Of Traumatic Limb Swelling Of The Limbs

Objective: Evaluation of gardenia egg white square in patients with traumatic limbs swelling clinical curative effect and safety evaluation.Methods: The test project application by the Gansu Provincial Hospital, adopted randomized, controlled clinical trials methods to assess the efficacy of gardenia egg white square in patients with traumatic limb swelling, evaluation gardenia egg white square to the improvement of patients with limb swelling, pain. The overall sample size of 120 cases, the test group of 60 patients in the control group of 60 patients, 6d for a course of treatment, were treated with two courses, one months follow-up after treatment. Intervention: experimental group with Gardenia egg white square, the control group was given Xiao ding cream.Outcome indicators: swelling, VAS score, range swelling, soft tissue ultrasound, efficacy evaluation. Safety indicators: the incidence of adverse eventsResults: A total of 120 cases, falling six cases, the two group, patients were no significant differences between the former compared to baseline data, with good comparability. Two group, the experimental group after treatment 6d swelling, swelling range compared with the control group was statistically significant(P <0.05) at the end of treatment,and the gardenia egg white square is better than Xiao ding cream,after treatment 12 d, the degree of swelling in January of follow-up, compared with the control group, swelling range was not statistically significant(P> 0.05); experimental group after treatment 6d, 12 d and follow-up in January and signs of efficacy evaluation VAS scores compared with the control no significant difference compared(P> 0.05), before and after treatment VAS score, swelling,swelling range and soft tissue ultrasound compared to the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Experimental group have lost, 0 cases of mild adverse reactions 4 cases;the control group lost two cases, four cases of mild adverse reactions. Four cases of adverse reactions in patients were not given special treatment, spontaneous remission, and completed the study.Conclusion : Treatment of the clinical efficacy of gardenia egg white square traumatic limb swelling is not inferior to Xiao ding cream; gardenia egg white square being able to quickly relieve swelling limbs and improve the lives of patients quality, at the grassroots level with good prospects for clinical application.
