Clinical Observation Of External Manipulation Of Jieguxujin Cream With Small Splint Fixation For Distal Radius Fractures

Objective: Observation of small splint external fixation and jieguxujin cream and small splint external fixation after manipulative reduction treatment of distal radius fracture,two methods complications failure rate and wrist function differences.Understanding of jieguxujin ointment on treating distal radius fracture.Methods:The clinical data of 88 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was given manipulative reduction and external reinforcement of jieguxujin ointment with small splint fixation,the control group was treated with manipulative reduction and small splint fixation.Comparison of two groups of wrist swelling?palm transverse swelling?fracture healing time?wrist function difference.Results:Two groups of patients in pain relief?wrist swelling elimination and palm stripes at swelling,on day1?30?45there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);on day3?7?14?21there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),the experimental group was better than the control group.In terms of clinical healing time and wrist function score,the results were not statistically significant(P>0.05),two groups showed the same effect.Conclusion:Jieguxujin ointment can better reduce the swelling of the wrist?relieve local pain and early functional exercise of wrist joint.no skin irritation,can be used as one of the clinical protocols.
