Objective:Back to the therapy of the spine pressure treatment of lumbar disc herniation, explore the optimal pressure of this Law, the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:120patients were randomly divided into four groups, the combined therapy group30cases, take the pelvic traction, acupuncture+TDP hyperthermia, absolute bed rest, such as an integrated approach; spine back to the light of this therapy;the heavy pressure of the three groups of3040%of the cases, respectively, in patients with body weight,50%,60%of the pressure treatment, clinical observations after a course of treatment efficacy comparison. Results:After treatment the four groups of pain scores were decreased, and before and after treatment within the group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); among the three groups, the weight the intensity of pain score lowered significantly higher than otherthree groups, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).â‘¡After treatment, each group of signs and symptoms of integral difference spine back of this therapy are obvious for the three groups compared with the combined therapy group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05); heavy efforts to group symptoms and signs integral difference changes with the rest of the group difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Theâ‘¢Overall efficacy between the four groups are different (P<0.05), which, heavy intensity of the group have the highest efficiency (93.3%) compared with other groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Four treatment could significantly reduce the degree of pain in patients with lumbar disc herniation, could significantly improve the symptoms of lumbar disc herniation, living and working ability, with better clinical efficacy, the efficacy of which60%weight pressure groupbest.
