Clinical Observation On Lumbar Disc Herniation Treated With Lumbar Spine And Buttock Three Acupuncture Points By Triple Puncture Method

Objective:By comparing with common acupuncture,this paper demonstrates that triple puncture method has good effects in relieving pain and improving dysfunction of patients with lumbar disc herniation,which provides a new idea and method for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:60 patients with LDH were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.In the treatment group,Triple puncture method was used,the main points were waist Jiaji and buttock three needles,and the matching points were selected according to the meridians of lower limb pain,and the acupoints of gallbladder meridian Yanglingquan and Xuanzhong were selected as the main points;The bladder meridian acupoints Weizhong,Chengshan and Kunlun were selected as the main acupoints;The acupoints of Dubi,Fenglong and Zusanli were selected;The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture,and the selected points were the same as those in the treatment group.After getting Qi by acupuncture,the two groups kept the needle for 30 minutes,and performed flat reinforcing and flat reducing technique every 15 minutes,combined with TDP irradiation.Once a day,five times a week,two weeks for a course of treatment,a total of two courses of treatment.VAS pain score and ODI score were performed before and after the treatment,and the curative effect was evaluated according to the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs.Finally,statistical analysis was made on the recorded index data to draw a conclusion.Results:1.Basic information: there was no significant difference in the basic information between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.VAS pain score: before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS pain score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the VAS pain scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.ODI score: before treatment,there was no significant difference in ODI score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the ODI scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Clinical efficacy evaluation: After two courses of acupuncture treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,and that of the control group was 83.3%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Both Triple puncture method and common method were effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation;2.the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with lumbar spine and buttock three acupuncture points by triple puncture method is superior to the common acupuncture method in relieving pain and improving limb function,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
