Objective:Clinical observation of gallbladder meridian through the clinical curative effect of needling method for treating liver yang hyperacti vity type of mild cognitive impairment associated symptoms and signs. In order to confirm the clinical treatment method is a kind of safety and clinical value of effective therapy.Methods:60 patients with acupuncture clinics and wards of a mild cognitive hyperactivity from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine disorder were randomly divided into two groups (treatment group of 30 patients in the control group of 30 patients), the control group were treated with routine acupuncture treatment group were treated with biliary penetration acupuncture meridians. All patients were treated daily 1, the needle 45 minutes, seven days a course of treatment, continuous treatment of four courses, each course of one day of rest in between. The evaluation then uses cognitive memory to improve fraction calculated MMSE, MoCA scale, TCM symptom evaluation standard three methods efficacy was evaluated two groups of patients before treatment and after treatment.Results:1. The evaluation of cognitive memory in order to improve the MMSE fraction calculated as follows:Before treatment, no significant difference between the two groups of patients compared with a significant difference (P<0.05), MMSE scores have risen. After treatment, gall Meridian scalp acupuncture group MMSE scores increased significantly compared to conventional acupuncture group were significantly different (P<0.05).2. MoCA Scale:Before treatment, the two groups of patients the disease situation is not particularly different, were compared the situation, there are significant differences (P<0.05), MoCA scores were decreased. After treatment, gall Meridian scalp acupuncture group MoCA scores were significantly higher than the conventional acupuncture group were significantly different (P<0.05).3. The evaluation of symptoms:the treatment group and the control group was 90.00% and the efficiency of 66.67% was significantly different.Conclusion:1. As can be seen by clinical observation "gall bladder acupoints penetration acupuncture" can significantly alleviate the pathological symptoms of Hyperactivity mild cognitive dysfunction.2. "gall bladder penetration needling acupoints" therapeutic effect of liver yang mild cognitive impairment superior to the conventional treatment group.
