Observation On The Curative Effect Of Acupuncture Of Ear-well Acupoint On Treating Mild Vascular Cognitive Impairment After Stroke

Objective:Objective to observe the curative effect of acupuncture at ear and well acupoints on mild vascular cognitive impairment after stroke.To evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture at ear and well acupoints on mild vascular cognitive impairment after stroke,and to provide a more optimal treatment plan for clinical treatment.Methods:Sixty patients with mild vascular cognitive impairment after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The patients in the treatment group were treated with donepezil tablets combined with ear and well acupoints,while the control group was treated with donepezil tablets only at bedtime.Two groups of patients were treated for 6 weeks,while give the basis of neurological treatment.Through to evaluate the simple mental state of the scale(MMSE),activity of daily living(Barthel index)before and after treatment in each group and between the group,and measure the variety of homocysteines' s level(Hcy)in the venous blood before and after treatment,compare the clinical efficacy of the two treatment methods.Results:1.After treatment,MMSE and Barthel index score of two group increased more significantly than before,the treatment group's score increased more significantly.It is with statistical difference.2.After treatment,the homocysteines' s level(Hcy)of treatment group reduced more significantly than before,but control group reduced not obvious than before,there was significant difference between the two groups.3.After treatment,it is shows that the treatment group total effective rate was 90%,the control group total effective rate was 56.67%,indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture ear and well acupoints can significantly improve mild vascular cognitive impairment's cognitive function and activity of daily living.2.Acupuncture ear and well acupoints may through reducing homocysteines' s level(Hcy)in the venous blood of mild vascular cognitive impairment,thereby controlling the development of the disease.3.The curative effect of acupuncture ear and well acupoints combined with western medicine is superior to pure western medicine,it is an effective treatment for mild vascular cognitive impairment after stroke.
