| Objective:Observation of acupuncture heart kidney original points on treatment of mild cognitive impairment, seek a kind of more effective treatment of mild cognitive impairment with acupuncture point method.Methods:66patients with mild cognitive impairment patients were randomly divided into treatment group (33cases) and control group (33cases), the treatment group take bilateral heart kidney Primary Acupoints combined with routine acupuncture plus oral Aricept (donepezil hydrochloride) treatment, the control group using conventional acupuncture plus oral Aricept(donepezil hydrochloride) under treatment. The two groups before and after treatment were using mini mental state examination table (MMSE), Montreal cognitive assessment (MoCA) score detection.Results:(1) The treatment group and the control group patients before and after treatment with MoCA score and MMSE scale score comparison exists significant difference (P<0.01), the tips of the two group has good curative effect in treating mild cognitive impairment.(2) Patients in the treatment group after treatment with MMSE score and MoCA score with a control group of patients after treatment with MMSE score and MoCA score were significant difference (P<0.05), the treatment group than in the control group, treatment of mild cognitive impairment effect is more obvious.(3) The treatment group and the control group therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with mild cognitive impairment, but the treatment group total effectiveness, and controls the total effect is compared, by chi-square test, with statistical significance (P<0.05), the treatment group was better than control group, heart and kidney of primary acupoints acupuncture can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with mild cognitive impairment. Conclusion:(1) Heart kidney Primary Acupoints acupuncture can improve clinical symptoms of the patients with mild cognitive impairment.(2) Heart kidney meridian acupuncture points can be used as primary treatment of mild cognitive impairment in a more effective coordination of acupoints method. |
