The Clinical Observation Of Tongluoshenggu Capsule Curing Avascular Necrosis Of Femoral Head (Tendons Stasis Type)

Objective:Through observing improvement status of clinical symptoms, physical sign and X-ray for the avascular necrosis of femoral head (tendons stasis type) after using TongLuoShengGu Capsule, evaluate clinical effects of TongLuoShengGu Capsule.Methods:Randomly divide 60 patients meeting standard avascular necrosis of femoral head into two groups according to their visiting sequence. Respectively, the treatment group (the TongLuoShengGu Capsule group) 30 cases and control group (JianGuSheng pill group) 30 cases.For the treatment group, they will take TongLuoShengGu Capsule,4 particles each time, taking orally 3 times every day,4 weeks as a course, continuous treatment of 3 courses;While the control group was given JianGuSheng pill orally,1 bag each time, taking orally 3 times every day,4 weeks as a course, continuous also 3 courses of treatment.Compare Harris hip joint function score changes, Chinese medical syndrome score changes and X-ray changes of these two groups before and after treatment, and proceed with efficacy evaluation.Results:1. Comparison of clinical symptoms and signs between the two groups:the intra-group comparative (P<0.05) of Harris hip joint function score changes and Chinese medical syndrome score changes,the differences of the two groups before and after treatment had statistical significance, while between-group comparative (P> 0.05) differences didn’t have statistical significance; The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 76.67% and 70.00% respectively.The rank sum test (P>0.05) of the two groups data via grading group didn’t have statistical significance.The above results suggested TongLuoShengGu capsule group and JianGusheng pill group in terms of improving clinical symptoms and signs all has the significant curative effect, and the two groups had similar curative effect, no significant difference.2. Comparison of two groups of X-ray films:71.43% of TongLuoShengGu Capsule group had new bone formation, of which 25.71% were obvious osteogenesis;new bone formation was formed in 52.78% of the JianGuSheng pill group, and 11.11% of which were obviously.The rank sum test (P<0.05) of the two groups data via grading group has significant differences.The new bone formation of the TongLuoShengGu capsule group was superior to that of the JianGuSheng pill group.Conclusions:1. Both TongLuoShengGu Capsule and JianGuSheng pill can significantly improve clinical signs and symptoms of femoral head necrosis patients.2. TongLuoShengGu Capsule has significant recovery effect on necrotic head of femur, mainly on the aspect of new bone formation.
