Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Early Avascular Necrosis Of Femoral Head By Bored Decompression And Osteotomy

Purpose: To investigate the clinical efficacy of femoral head drilling bonegraft surgery to the treatment of avascular necrosis of femoral head in earlystage.Materials and methods: To make a retrospective summary of the improvement(signs,clinical symptoms, radiological,etc.),before and after the femoral headdrilling decompression bone graft surgery, for treating32patients sufferedfrom early femoral head ischemic necrosis,from Oct.2011to Oct.2013,in ourhospital. We evaluatedthe postoperative treatment improvement rateby Harris HipScore. All patients in this clinical observation were followed up, with themean follow-up interval of12months.Results:The postoperative treatment improvement rate of32patients(41hips). Clinicalcurative effect judgment: excellent cases22, good cases18, fair cases5, badcases4, the bad rate was9.7%, the good rate was78.1%, the total effectiverate was90.3%.Conclusion: The femoral head drilling decompression bone graft surgery canachieve a satisfactory therapeutic effect in the treament of femoral headischemic necrosis patients in early stage.
