The Relationship Study Of The Change Of The Density Of The Femoral Head On DR Plain Film And The Early Avascular Necrosis Of Femoral Head

Objective: 1 With digital radiography(DR) to get the femoral head's density distribution condition of different age-group,we shot normal orthophoria films of pelvis,through DR's aftertreatment function measuring the density of femoral head.2 To search for a early diagnostic new method in avascular necrosis of the femoral head (ANFH) through compare the density of femoral head which display early ANFH on MRI to the density of femoral head which normal on MRI.Methods: We select the cases with suspicious diagnose of ANFH. With digital radiography(DR) of Axiom Aristos FX and Axiom Aristos MX which are produced by the company of Simens to shot normal orthophoria films of pelvis,and select the normal ones as our study objects and shot MRI of both femoral head.Among them21~30y:male,575,female,176;31~ 40y:male, 586,female,184;41~50y:male,549,female,191;51~60y:male,603,female,207.normal-appearing on MRI as control group, earlier period ANFH on MRI as experiment group.Nor-mal group: 21~30y:male,316,female,117;31~40y:male,329,female,126;41~ 50y:male,278,female,103;51~60y:male,254,female,102.Experimentgroup:21~30y:male,158,female,33;31~40y:male,169,female, 41;41~50y:male,157,female,34;51~60y:male,143,female,29.In image post processing workstation,ROI is divided by hand movement, and choose nonakis-points including the centre of the femoral head and every part with 45°angle under the cartilage surface for 3~5mm and measure and record their density, age, gender,X-ray number,then memorize them pro rata.The two groups above mentioned run T analysis,and get the femoral head's density distribution condition of different age-group.To memorize the number not only resides in the control group,but also the experiment group,and the number which resides in the control group or the experiment group,chi square analysis to get statistics result and observe if they have allelism between the density's change and the appearance on MRI.Results: The femoral head's density distribution condition of different age-group.Normal group,male:21~30y1426.38±49.15,31~40y1414.76±37.69,41~50y1285.84±38.98,51~60y 1107.87±44.73.Experiment group,male:21~30y 1215.87±77.68, 31~40y1197.43±86.38,41~50y1134.60±68.13,51~60y999.91±42.40.Normal group,female:21~30y1322.08±57.81,31~40y 1313.69±55.64,41~50y1262.22±37.22,51~60y 935.18±48.54.Experiment group,female:21~30y1200.45±50.08,31~40y 1179.68±56.02,41~50y1137.78±54.59,51~60y826.46±105.80.T analysis result P<0.05,the two groups have significant difference.chi squaresquare analysis besides 50~60y group of female,P<0.05,they have allelism between the density's ch-ange of femoral head and the appearance on MRI.Conclusions: 1 With DR to shot normal orthophoria films of pelvis we can get the femoral head's density distribution condition of different age-group,it's both convenient to operat- ion and facility to handle.2 The two groups above-mentioned T analysis result P<0.05,the two groups have significant difference.3 It can be a early diagnostic new method in avascular necrosis of the femoral head (ANFH) through measure the density's change of femoral head.
