The Clinical Research On Core Decompression And Bone Graft Combined With Shenggu Decoction Of Zhuang Medicine For The Treatment Of Avascular Necrosis Of Femoral Head In Early Stage

Objective: To analyze and evaluate the clinical outcome of core decompression and bone graft combined with shenggu decoction of zhuang medicine for the treatment of avascular necrosis of femoral head(ANFH)in early stage.Methods:60 cases(68 hips)with ANFH were divided into two groups randomly,group A with 30 cases(36 hips)and Group B with30 cases(32hips).Core decompression and bone graft with shenggu decoction of zhuang medicine were implemented on all patients from group A.The patients of group B were treated by core decompression with born graft implantation.The clinical symptoms,imagin gpromote from these two groups were observed as clinical evidences used for treatment performance evaluation.Results:In each stage's patients after 12 months of treated,the treatment group's Harris score in hip were better than before treated(P<0.05).In each stage's patients after 12 months of treated,the controll group's harris score in hip were better than before treated(P <0.05).In harris score performance,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).In X-ray performance improvements compared with the controlled type and treatment type was a very significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion(s): Shenggu decoction of zhuang medicine combined with core decompression and bone graft for the treatment of ANFH can improve the blood circulation of femoral head and reduce the femoral head pressure,and in the femoral head by bone grafting provide some support can effectively prevent or delay the cartilage collapse.From the clinical efficacy after 1 year,the clinical effect in ANFH used shenggu decoction of zhuang medicine combined with core decompression and bone graft is better than not used shenggu decoction of zhuang medicine.
