Objectives:Through the observation of clinical trials,To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Counterpart Drainage with the entie process use medicated thread method in treating high complex anal fistula, and form the treatment standard and popularization plan.Methods:Forty patients with high complex anal fistula from Chengdu Coloproctology Hospital in October 2013 to October 2014 were randomly divided into treatment group (20 cases) and control group (20 cases),In treatment group, the patients with high complex anal fistula were treated by Counterpart Drainage with the entie process use medicated thread,in control group,the high complex anal fistula patients were treated by thread-drawing therapy.compare the two group with hospitalization time and cure time, and the quality of life,and the postoperative complications and 6 months recurrence rate.Results:Through the observation of clinical trials, the treatment group has statistically significant differences in wound healing time, postoperative anorectal manometry results, postoperative wound healing bridge type and Incontinence of anal function integral, P<0.05.There was no significant difference in overall efficacy, postoperative pain, postoperative wound infection, postoperative urinary retention after surgery,P>0.05Conclusion:The Counterpart Drainage with the entire process use medicated thread method can effectively treat high complex anal fistulas, Which combine with the advantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine can better promote wound healing after surgery, shorten the hospital stay and reduced the recurrence rate, It is a new method worthy of popularization and application in clinics.
