Ojective: Ultrasound scalpel is used in anal fistula surgery,in the hope of finding a practical and effective minimally invasive treatment. Methods:This study included 60 patients with the first diagnosis of high complex anal fistula, which were randomly divided into two groups. The anal fistula was incised with ultrasound scalpel, rubber band was hung in the internal stoma, and a drainage of the Jichuan medicated thread was hung between the incisions was the surgical method of the treatment group. In the control group, the anal fistula was incised with general scalpel, rubber band was hung in the internal stoma, and a drainage of the Jichuan medicated thread was hung between the incisions. This study compared the general conditions of the two groups of patients, such as the length of the disease, the ratio of male to female, age distribution etc.;The indexes of anal complications such as intraoperative, postoperative and 2 week postoperatively,1month postoperatively and 3 month postoperatively were recorded.Statistical software SPSS22.0 was used to analyze all the experimental data obtained in this study. Results:The statistical analysis results show:comparing the differences in age distribution, sex ratio, and length of disease between the two groups is not significant; It is significant to compare the difference of operation time, intraoperative bleeding, postoperative bleeding, postoperative pain, length of stay and the time of wound healing between the two groups. It is not significant to compare the difference of postoperative urinary retention between the two groups. It is not significant to compare the difference of anal pain and wound edema between the two groups at 2week postoperatively,1 month postoperatively, and 3 month postoperatively.Compared the difference of bleeding between the two groups at 2 week postoperatively,1 month postoperatively is not significant. It is significant to compare the difference of analincontinence between the two groups at 2 week postoperatively,1 month postoperatively. It is not significant to compare the difference of anal incontinence between the two groups at 2 week postoperatively. Conclusion:Ultrasound scalpel technology is applied to high complex anal fistula surgery, which has obvious advantages in shortening operation time, reducing intraoperative bleeding, reducing tissue damage, and reducing postoperative pain.It is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
