The Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Neurodermatitis In Syndrome Of Blood-deficiency And Wind-dryness By Yangxuemeifuyin

Objective:To observe the clinical efficiency of Yangxuemeifuyin treating Neurodermatitis in syndrome of blood-deficiency and wind-dryness.Methods:In accordance with the principles of randomized controlled tria,67 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups.33 cases in the treatment group treated by Yangxuemeifuyin,34 cases in the control group treated with Ebastine Tablets.Both of groups used the Butyl Flufenamate Ointment as external preparation.Two groups of patients will be treated for 4 weeks as a course of treatment,follow-up visit once a week, each observation records itching, skin lesion severity,lesion area and get a conclusion after one course of treatment. All the data and information would be statistical analyzed by using SPSS20.0.Results:The number of final subjects cases is 64,excluding the 3 cases.The effectiveness of treatment group and control group is respectively 87.09% and 79.41%.there is no statistically significant difference between overall curative effect of two groups (.P>0.05).In terms of relieving itch ing symptoms,after 3 weeks,4 weeks treatment.there is statistically significant by comparing the two groups difference (P<0.05).In improving the severity of lesions and lesion area,the comparison of the two groups showed no significant difference (P>0.05).In treatment group and the control group,the recurrence rate was 18.18%,33.33%,there is no statistically significant in the two group difference(P>0.05).Treatment group exists one case of adverse reactions,the control group exists two,but both of them do not affect the treatment.Conclusion:Yangxuemeifuyin the clinical efficacy of treated Neurodermatitis (blood-deficiency and wind-dryness) is affirmed,it can effectively relieve itching, improve lesion area, reducing the extent of the lesions, and it is better than that of Ebastine Tablets in relieve itching.
