Objective1、To reveal the elderly Lujia in Kunshan city health status.2、Analysis of influencing factors of Lujia Kunshan elderly health.3、To study the relationship between uric acid and blood pressure.4、Provide the basis for the formulation of strategies and measures to promote the health of the elderly in Kunshan lujia.Methods1.This study aims to Lujia Town Kunshan City 60 years of age and older persons in order to be able to get complete data mode choice 5011 patients with old people as the research object.2.The survey methods is elderly examination for lujiain the 2013.3.The body mass index (BMI), waist circumference, blood pressure, chest X-ray, electrocardiogram, white blood cells, red blood cells, hemoglobin, fasting blood glucose, triglyceride, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein, blood uric acid, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, valley pyruvic transaminase, aspartate transaminase, total bilirubin et index for the investigation of the contents.4.Analytical methods for statistical analysis and logical analysis. Through the analysis of the results, the conclusion is drawn through logical analysis.Results1.Physiological and biochemical abnormalities(1)The detection rate of total white blood cells was 10.42%, and the detection rate was 10.42%, and increased with age (χ2=35.383, P<0.05). Abnormal condition of various physical fitness index(1)the total abnormal rate of chest X-ray examination was 10.38%, and increased with age (x2= 67.707, P<0.05); Men are higher than women (χ2= 5.721, P<0.05)(2)The detection rate was 49.09%, and decreased with age (x2=122.228, P<0.05); Women are higher than men (χ2= 17.285, P< 0.05)(3)The detection rate of abnormal waist circumference was 51.17%, and decreased with age (x2=10.031, P<0.05); Women are higher than men (χ2=138.148, P<0.05)(4)The total abnormal rate of ECG was 10.38%, and increased with age (x2= 189.432, P<0.05); Men are higher than women (χ2= 6.961, P<0.05)3.Comparison of detection rate of various common diseases(1) The detection rate of hypertension was 10.38%, and increased with age (x2= 71.380, P<0.05); Women are higher than men (x2= 60.850, P<0.05)(2)Diabetes total abnormal rate was 14.17%, and no significant difference between age groups (x2= 2.097, P>0.05), There is a trend of decline with age. Women are higher than men (χ2= 7.934, P<0.05)4.Common disease in the elderly may influence factors(1) Influence factors of HypertensionThere was statistical significance in age, body mass index, waist circumference, fasting blood glucose, gender, uric acid, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase (P<0.05)(2) Influence factors of Diabetes mellitusBody mass index, blood uric acid, blood urea nitrogen, triglyceride, valley pyruvic transaminase, aspartate transaminase, shrinkage pressure, diastolic blood pressure (DBP), white blood cells, red blood cells have statistical significance (P<0.05)5.Relationship between uric acid and hypertensionThe blood uric acid value was divided into 5011 groups according to the four points and the cases were divided into four groups. The difference of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure was statistically significant (P<0.01)Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum uric acid levels were associated with systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure (P<0.01) in the elderly over the age of 60 years. After correction for women, blood uric acid, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, age, systolic blood pressure, blood pressure, diastolic pressure, white blood cells, hemoglobin, red blood cell, valley pyruvic transaminase, aspartate transaminase, total bilirubin, fasting blood glucose, triglyceride, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol solid alcohol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol may influence factors, multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that, over the age of 60 elderly blood uric acid levels and blood pressure levels, but with the blood uric acid increased ors but there is decreased.Conclusion1. Many physiological indicators and physical indicators of the elderly are very high, the top of the list are high blood pressure, overweight or obesity, dyslipidemia, ECG abnormalities, high uric acid.2. Many physiological indexes and physical indexes of the elderly have the difference of age and sex.3. The detection rate of hypertension in the elderly was high, and increased with age, the female was higher than male.4. The prevalence of diabetes in the elderly was high, and there was a trend of decrease with age, and the female was higher than male.5. There are a lot of factors that affect the common disease of the elderly, it should be aimed at the comprehensive prevention and cure of many factors.6. Uric acid is related to blood pressure level, and it is beneficial to the prevention and control of hypertension.
