Objective:To study the relationship between serum uric acid and AFP,CEA,CA125,CA153,CA199,PSA in a physical examination population in Guangxi.Materials and Methods:Data of 40-80 year-old employees in a sugar factory who underwent health examination in the physical examination center of our hospital in 2018 were collected.General data were collected:sex,age,height,weight,body mass index(BMI)and diastolic blood pressure.Biochemical indicators:male blood uric acid,AFP,CEA,CA199,PSA,female blood uric acid,AFP,CEA,CA125,CA153,CA199.Statistical analysis showed that serum uric acid<420 micromol/L in males was normal uric acid group,>420 micromol/L was high uric acid group,and<360 micromol/L in females was normal uric acid group,>360 micromol/L was high uric acid group.According to the actual level of serum uric acid,four groups were divided into Q1 group,Q2 group,Q3 group and Q4 group.According to age,they were divided into four groups:40-49 years old group;50-59 years old group;60-69 years old group;70-80 years old group.Results:764 cases were collected,544 males(71.2%)and 220 females(28.8%).The average age of males was lower than that of females.The average BMI,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,serum uric acid,CEA and CA199 of males were higher than those of females(P<0.05).BMI in male hyperuricemia group was higher than that in normal uric acid group(P<0.05),while BMI and CA125 in female hyperuricemia group were higher than that in normal uric acid group(P<0.05).Age was divided into four groups and serum uric acid level was divided into four groups.In male 70-80 years old group,AFP increased with the increase of uric acid(P<0.05).In women aged 60-69,the level of CA125 in serum uric acid Q1,Q2 and Q3 groups decreased with the increase of serum uric acid.Compared with Q1-Q3 group,the level of CA125 in Q4 group increased significantly(P<0.05).In males,uric acid was positively correlated with BMI(r=0.217,P=0.001),and in males aged 70-80,uric acid was positively correlated with AFP(r=0.222,P=0.037).In women,uric acid was positively correlated with BMI(r=0.363,P=0.001).In women aged 60-69,serum uric acid was positively correlated with CA125(r ~2=0.225,P=0.001).Conclusion:1.There is a positive correlation between serum uric acid and BMI.2.There was no significant correlation between serum uric acid and CEA,CA153,CA199,PSA in the population of the sugar factory.In males aged 70-80,there was a positive correlation between serum uric acid and AFP.In females aged 60-69,there was a U-shaped relationship between serum uric acid and CA125.When serum uric acid was less than 276 micromol/L,there was a negative correlation between serum uric acid and CA125.When serum uric acid was more than 276 micromol/L,there was a positive correlation between serum uric acid and CA125.This may suggest that the level of hyperuricemia is correlated with chronic liver disease and liver cancer in elderly men,female genital tract inflammation and tumors.Elderly patients with hyperuricemia should pay more attention to hypouricemia,and regularly monitor the levels of AFP,CA125 and other tumor markers in order to detect malignant tumors as early as possible.
