As one of the staff training, psychological training plays a very important role in the development of one organization. As a potential state of mind, person’s mood affects one’s life work and study. So we can take the mood’s shaping into staff’s psychological training, employ its causes, consider its systems, grasp its key, strengthen shaping one’s good state of mind, this is very significant. Our study has used at least four reseach methods, just like the literature analysis, questionnaire survey method, analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and so on. This research contains anaylsis of the situation, questions, building the mood systems, and implementation of security.First of all, this study gives us a detailed introduction of the basic concepts and related theories of one’s mood. The concepts of mood contains its intentions, characteristics, affecting factors and meanings. The theories include humannsitc training theory, human capital theory training, lifelong education theory, learning organization theory, general training and special training. This theories will provide a strong support for our study.The second, we have a detailed introduction of the situation of mood and a municipal hospital. We have made a questionnaire survey of one’s mood, then we obtain the statistical results. We have also introduced the problems of the hospital’s staff training. All this studies will provide the basises on the system building of staff’s good mood station.The third, we will emphasis on the mood system’s building. We will introduce the system’s guiding ideology, principles and objectives, the design process, and the evaluation of training results. We will first consider the affecting factors of person’s state of mood, then put forward the shape of building one’s good mood. At last, we will evaluate this shape’s effectiveness.Last of all, we will put forward the securite implementation of one’s good mood building. It includes in terms of thinking and understanding, financial supports, team organizations, incentive modes, institutional guarantees, and so on.
