Background:According to the National Cancer Center, the number of new cases of malignant tumors in China has reached 12,000 cases perday, and cancer pain as the most common symptoms associated with cancer, treatment status is not optimistic. Cancer pain can also cause serious stress reaction occurred in the body, leading to a variety of stress hormone release, affect the body each system function, make the condition worse, seriously affect the life quality of the patients, and in patients with cancer pain in patients with 56%-82.3% pain did not get effective treatment. Jie Hao from The National Cancer Center Chinese has researched the 2015 Chinese cancer statistics which published in ?CA:A Cancer Journal for Clinicians? with 144.8 factors, which pointed out:about 70% of cancer patients failed to receive standardized analgesic therapy.Our hospital is the first batch of the Ministry of health good pain management (GPM) ward, from the second quarter of 2014 Aitong special comments data, GPM ward has more than 95% cancer patients received standardized treatment of cancer pain in patients with cancer pain, and less than 20% of non GPM ward received standardized treatment of cancer pain the average, only about 30% of the cancer patients received standardized treatment of cancer pain, visible in the GPM ward hospital to promote the standardized treatment of cancer pain is still very necessary.Let more cancer patients can get standardized treatment, more demonstration ward has played an exemplary role, from the "point" with "face", to create more GPM hospital are effective measures to further promote the standardized treatment of cancer pain. In the promotion of standardized treatment of cancer pain and the creation of GPM hospital, cancer clinical pharmacists have the use of anesthetic drugs in patients with cancer pain situation, for the promotion of standardized treatment of cancer pain plays an important role. So, in recent years to create a set of feasible, can promote the standardized treatment of cancer pain pain clinical pharmacists work mode, so that more cancer patients received pain treatment correctly, pain control of cancer patients, improve the quality of life of patients with cancer pain, is the current problems to be solved.Research Purposes:The purpose of this study is to establish the model of GPM with clinical pharmacists, hospital evaluation and demonstration of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of cancer pain model, discusses the practical significance of the standardization of clinical treatment of cancer pain. In order to promote the work of clinical pharmacy mode GPM hospital, improve the clinical treatment of cancer pain standardization.Research Method:We through the dynamic analysis of GPM ward pain of narcotic drugs, the treatment of cancer pain to understand the situation, analysis of the lack of demonstration ward clinical pharmacists work mode; through the improvement of demonstration ward clinical pharmacists work mode, the establishment of clinical pharmacist working mode GPM Hospital; hospital before and after the operation of demonstration work of clinical pharmacists and patients with cancer pain treatment effect of pain, clear demonstration of the standardized hospital work mode of clinical pharmacist therapeutic effect and value of standard and pain control in clinical pain.Research Results:1. "GPM ward" clinical pharmacists work mode to start the dynamic analysis of narcotic drugs in our hospital, analyze the rationality of drug anesthesia structure distribution, the unreasonable use of narcotic drugs to take certain measures to intervene, to promote the rational use of narcotic drugs. However, this method has limitations.2. Based on "GPM ward" clinical pharmacists work mode, from the "point" and "surface", through the development of cancer clinical pharmacists prescribed for pain, pain in outpatient pharmacy provided special comments, pain medicine application information management and control, the establishment of GPM hospital pharmacists work mode, and promotion within the hospital.3. We by the hospital doctor real-time comment reflects the pain, "the clinical pharmacist's working pattern GPM hospital" the meaning of promotion. Cancer clinical treatment standard has been improved, mainly as follows:(1) the use of controlled-release dosage titration preparation before the patients increased significantly; (2) cancer patients with oral administration; (3) no reason to transdermal patients decreased; (4) titration after the correct dose conversion the rate of increase; (5) the outbreak of pain more standardized treatment; (6) dose adjustment and conversion of drugs is more reasonable; (7) clinical course records more standardized.4. "GPM hospital" clinical pharmacists work pattern after the operation of patients with cancer pain has been well controlled. The pain of the full-time clinical pharmacists intervention, pain treatment effect has been improved. GPM group in pain control level (33 principles, i.e. within three days of pain relief, a day less than three times, the outbreak of the pain control of cancer pain score<3 points in NRS) better than the control group, statistically significant (P?0.05). Compared with the control group, the quality of life of patients in GPM group was significantly improved, and it reached statistical significance (P<0.05). The incidence of constipation in patients with GPM was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05), and the addiction tendency was zero.Conclusion:The purpose of this study is to promote the standardized treatment of cancer pain, improve the curative effect of the treatment of cancer pain is still an important part of the diagnosis and treatment of cancer pain. This study shows that the clinical pharmacists work pattern of GPM "can significantly improve the hospital standardized treatment of cancer pain, and can improve the safety and efficacy of the treatment of patients with cancer pain, but also reflects the value of clinical pharmacists. But it is also has some limitations that need to be in pain in patients with refractory to carry out further research, so that more patients benefit.
