Health Literacy Status And Influencing Factors Of HIV/AIDS Patients In Z City From The Perspective Of Good Governance

AIDS is an important public health problem in China.With the continuous progress of treatment methods and drugs,AIDS is becoming a chronic disease,which poses a challenge to the health literacy level of AIDS patients.Because our country population base is big,the current "AIDS" policy formulation and implementation of main tend to uninfected group propaganda education is given priority to,and insufficient attention to AIDS itself,ignoring for the promotion of AIDS patients health literacy and evaluation,in this paper,through the combination of the theory of good governance and social behavior science provides new thinking way for "AIDS" governance.Objective:This study conducted a field investigation and analysis on the health literacy of People Living With HIV/AIDS(PLWH)in Z city to understand the status quo and existing problems of PLWH health literacy in Z city,quantitatively analyzed its influencing factors through data,and proposed corresponding countermeasures to improve the health literacy level of PLWH in Z city from the perspective of good governance of public governance.The results of this study can provide reference and comparative data for the future PLWH health literacy survey,and provide scientific basis for the government and health administration departments to adjust or formulate health-related policies and measures.Methods:Questionnaire through the grounded theory approach of coding influence factors after login,the reference "in 2017,the Chinese residents’ health literacy questionnaire" and "issued by the Chinese center for disease control and prevention of AIDS awareness education core knowledge and notice of AIDS knowledge awareness questionnaire,combining the theory of good governance construction item pool,through the Delphi expert consultation method of questionnaire,and the analysis of the reliability and validity of ensure the quality of the questionnaire.In this study,the status of PLWH health literacy level and its main problems in three administrative areas of Z city(Y District,L county and A county)were investigated by stratified convenient sampling.Ethics and quality control were applied in each stage.EXCEL,EpiData3.1,MATLAB,SPSS21.0 and AMOS21.0 were used to process and analyze the data.Descriptive analysis of the data;-x±S for measurement data;percentage or composition ratio for enumeration data;T test or VARIANCE analysis was performed on measurement data,chi-square test was performed on counting data,and P<0.05 was considered as the critical value with statistical significance.Through descriptive analysis,factor analysis,Logistic regression analysis,AHP analytic hierarchy process and other statistical methods,the status quo of PLWH health literacy level was understood and the main factors affecting PLWH health literacy level in Z city were explored.Results:1.The standardized PLWH health literacy level in Z city is 9.82%,which is far lower than the 17.06%level of the whole province in 2018;The level of health literacy was significantly different in the three aspects,with the lowest level of basic skill literacy being 8.46%.Among the six types of health problems,the lowest level of health information literacy was 5.12%.2.The internal influencing factors of PLWH health literacy level in Z city mainly include education level,occupation type and marital status,etc.,but the common influencing factor is education level;The influencing factors of external environment mainly include attitude,strategy,social discrimination and policy appropriateness.3.The main problems of PLWH health literacy governance include the dilemma of single-center governance of the government,the inadequate protection of the right to health of PLWH population,the insufficiency of the current situation of health education institutions and the low level of social support.Conclusion:"Good governance" is a constantly enriched and evolving governance process,which should reflect the characteristics of The Times and human nature of PLWH governance,and provide new ideas for China to adhere to the "citizen standard" and improve the status quo of PLWH health literacy.It is suggested that when PLWH health promotion activities are carried out,different health literacy promotion strategies should be formulated according to the characteristics of PLWH population,and the "good" of policies should be emphasized to highlight the equal right to health.To implement the "goodness" of mission and education and enhance service capacity;Highlight the"goodness〃 of the society,create a harmonious atmosphere,and realize the vision of "no one can be less on the road to health".
