Objective: This study through on lumbar disc herniation underwent Med after surgical treatment and health related quality of life survey to understand the prognosis of the disease status of patients, effect of objective evaluation of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Further analysis influencing factors of quality of life, to provide reference for the treatment of minimally invasive spine surgery. Methods: selected from 2011 September to 2013 September Shihezi University School of medicine, the First Affiliated Hospital of division of bone in diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation of hospitalized patients were enrolled. The patients for MED in the treatment of patients, a total of 76 cases. General information and disease related information of patients were recorded. The quality of life of the Chinese version of the SF-36 was evaluated, and the score was followed up and observed.. Statistical methods were t test, Kruscal-Walis rank sum test, analysis of variance, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis.. SPSS17.0 processing data.Results:1.The quality of life in patients with lumbar disc herniation SF-36 score of each dimension was significantly lower than the general population norm, and the score of each dimension was promoted.2.The Med postoperative quality of life in patients with independent influence factors between groups comparison, it is found that the age is removed in the dimension of mental health in elderly group, the average score higher than the young group, but there was no statistical significance between the(P > 0.05), other dimensions of average value of youth group was higher than that of middle and old aged group, in the physiological function, physiological function, body pain, overall health and vitality of the statistical differences; male patients in the dimensions of the most scores than female patients, on the activity dimension had significant difference(P < 0.05);Mental labor groups in physiological function, and subjective overall health, mental health and social function dimensions and retired people differences; below junior middle school level education of patients and university groups in physiological function, physical pain and social function of mental health compared, scored significantly lower, junior group and senior group compared in terms of physical pain differences, senior high school and university groups compared to had no significant difference. The course of disease in less than 6 months postoperative quality of life in all dimensions were and more than 6 months duration in patients with a score of in contrast to physical functioning, bodily pain was significantly higher.Duration of 6 months to 1 year group and more than 1 year duration group compared the scores in all dimensions no significant difference; the effect of smoking on the quality of life in patients with manifestations of the non-smoking group scores of each dimension were higher than those of the smoking group, especially in the bodily pain and physical function dimension difference, was statistically significant; in patients with low back muscle function in the physiological function, physiological function, bodily pain, general health dimensionalities was significantly higher than that of did not adhere to do function of low back muscle training in patients with statistical difference significantly. The effect of the prominent types and the segment of the patients with the quality of life of the patients was not statistically significant.3.Med postoperative quality of life and related factors in multiple regression analysis that age, waist muscle function exercise, smoking in patients with physiological evaluation on main influence factors, occupations and cultural levels in the dimension of the subjective indicators play the main influence factors.Conclusions:1. The quality of life of patients with lumbar disc herniation was significantly lower than that of normal norm. The scores of the patients were improved in 1 years after MED, especially in physiological function, physiological function, somatic pain, and social function. 2 the correlation between demographic factors, disease related factors and quality of life, age, occupation, smoking, course of disease and back muscle function exercise were the factors affecting the quality of life of patients. 3 age, smoking, and low back muscle exercise are the main factors that affect the physiological health of patients, and the degree of culture is the main factor that affects mental health of patients.
