Preliminary Research On Private Hospitals’ Social Responsibility In Fujian Province

Objective: Through analyzing the current situation and development trend of private hospitals in Fujian Province, studying the status of the development of the social responsibility of private hospitals in Fujian Province,for exploring the development of private hospitals and corresponding countermeasures help to promote the development of their social responsibility.This article aims to explore the private hospitals in the development process of how to win the unified social and economic benefits through social responsibility.Methods: 1. Literature research:Collecting the required information access to the Ministry of Health website, the Fujian Provincial Bureau of Statistics Web site, the Fujian Provincial People’s Government website, the Fujian Provincial Health Department Web site, as well CNKI, VIP, Wan Fang DATA and other relevant literatures at home and abroad. 2.The Interview Method:Taking views and recommendations on the development of social responsibility of private hospitals from senior managers, health care practitioners and management experts who come from several private hospitals in Fujian Province. 3. By using the method of questionnaire, survey of more than 100 sickbeds practitioners, private hospital staff satisfaction content of social responsibility. 4.With SPSS to Analysis the data.Results: 1. Fujian private hospitals in general is still in the small-scale development phase. 2. Fujian private hospitalsplay an important role in the residents’ health of our province by fulfilling certain social responsibilities. 3. Practitioners on the overall understanding of social responsibility is not comprehensive, a big difference in the level of awareness of social responsibility among different levels of staff. Identification with the masses of private hospitals need to be further improved. 4. Social responsibility is affected by internal and external factors, failed to better itself to the development of good social responsibility combined with the hospital.Conclusion: Getting the Comments and suggestions promoted the construction of the province’s social responsibility of private hospitalsfrom the government, hospitals and other social sectors. 1. The growth of private medical industry is benefited for increased and strict supervision. 2. Preferential policies for encouraging and supporting the private medical industry need to be improved and refined. Such asfair market, the free flow of talent, freehealth insurance policy, management from operation, public private alike。 3. Improve the management mechanism; deepen their understanding of social responsibility. Private hospitals should adhere to its own long-term investment, do not plan a quick return, continue to train and learn, enhance technology, respect for employees, in the case of self-development which has been actively involved in the protection of the public welfare. 4. Positioning itself should first private hospital is the hospital, followed by the enterprise, improving industry awareness of social responsibility. Patients treasure, human service, integrity, specifications, adhering to the principles of medical care, medical quality assurance, reasonable and transparent fees and the social responsibilities realization. 5. Strengthen the private hospital practitioners peers, learn from each other, and complement each other.
