| Objective:Through studying the serum levels of MTL, SS, β-EP, L-ENK in the patients who suffered from chronic gastritis of liver- stomach disharmony, to explore the relationship between chronic gastritis of liver stomach disharmony syndrome and brain-gut peptide such as MTL, SS, β-EP, L-ENK.Methods:Select 40 cases of patients with chronic gastritis of liver- stomach disharmony in outpatient and inpatients of department of spleen and stomach of First Hospital Affiliated to Gansu College of Tradition Chinese Medicine from March 2014 to october 2014 into the experiment group, another twenty healthy people(male or female) were recruited in the control group,at the same time, the patients were included in the experimental group to fill in the depression and self rating anxiety scale, in order to evaluate the mental state of the liver stomach disharmony type of chronic gastritis. The content of MTL, SS, β-EP, L-ENK in serum was determined by double antibody sandwich ABC-ELISA.This study used the SPSS19.0 statistical analysis software for statistical processing, On the level of P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant.Results:(1)The depression scores and anxiety scores of patients with liver stomach disharmony CG were higher than those of normal mode, and were positively correlated with age, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);(2)Compared with control group, the experimental group serum MTL content significantly decreased, serum SS content increased obviously, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(3)The experimental group serum β-EP content decreased, the content of L-ENK in serum increased significantly in the test group, the difference has the significant of statistics(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The patients with liver stomach disharmony were more prone to depression or anxiety than normal subjects;(2)There can be correlation between brain-gut peptide MTL, SS, β-EP, L-ENK andchronic gastritis of liver- stomach disharmony. |
