The Clinical Research On The Method Of Smothing Liver And Regulate Qi In Treating Senile Chronic Gastritis With Liver-Stomach Disharmony Syndrome

Objective:This clinical study used the chinese traditional medication to cure the senile chronic gastritis,compared with western medicine.The patients are both because of liver-stomach Disharmony and met the diagnotic criteria of chronic gastritis.The chinese traditional medication is Si Ni Powder and Bu Pi Wei Xie Yin Huo Sheng Yang Decoction,while the western medicine is quadruple chemotherapy.After the treatment,we observed the clinical effect and Hp eradication rate.Methods: There are 85 patients who we need our line.They are both over 50 years old.They were randomly divided into odd group and even group according to the order of consultation.The treatment group was treated with the chinese traditional medicine according to the principles of regulating liver qi and sleep and stomach qi mechanism,while the control group was treated with the western medicine.The two groups were treated for 2 weeks.After one month,we investigate the Hp eradication rate.After 3 month,we investigate the recurrence rate.The comparison of clinical comprehensive curative effect and Hp eradication rate are the main observation items.Results:(1)Before the treatment,there was no significant difference(P > 0.05)between the two groups in general information,so we can compare with them.(2)After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was90.2%,and that of the control group was 81.3%.There were differences between the treatment group and the control group in the comprehensive clinical efficacy(P <0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.(3)After treatment,the symptoms of discomfort in the two group were improved or disappeared.The thoracic fullness in treatment group is better than the control group.The bitter taste of some patients of the control group is worse than that of before.(4)The effect of the chinese traditional medication killing the Hp is better than that of the western medicine,while the recurrence rate of the chinese traditional medication is lower than that of the western medicine.Conclusion: The clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of the treatment group are obviously better than those of the control group.This result proves this chinese traditional medication is safe and worth of further clinical promotion.
