Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of laparoscopic surgery and percutaneous nephroscopy surgery for the treatment of dorsal renal cystsMethods: Retrospective analysis of 40 patients with dorsal renal cysts, who were treated by laparoscopic surgery and percutaneous nephroscopy surgery since april 2013 to april 2016 in Guizhou People's Hospital. Those patients include retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing decompression treatment of 20 cases(Laparoscopic group),Those patients include percutaneous nephroscopy cyst unroofing decompression treatment of 20 cases(Percutaneous nephroscopy group).Compared two groups of patients with age(years),the size of the cyst(cm),the cure rate(%)and recurrence rate(%),operation time(min),bleeding(m L),incision length(mm),tube drawing time after drainage(d),hospitalization time after operation(d),postoperative exhaust time(d),surgery before and after the hemoglobin(g/L)and hematocrit(%)and Postoperative complications(bleeding, infection, fever, urine leakage)We use statistical software of spss18.0 for data analysis, inspection level a = 0.05.Results: The two groups had no complications during the perioperative period, and they were all discharged after treatment. All patients were followed up for 6 months without recurrence; The clinical cure rate of two groups was 100%.The operation time of the two groups:the laparoscopic group is(42.00±9.92)min,the percutaneous nephroscopy group is(44.75±11.64)min,Comparison of two sets of data, the difference was not statistically significant.(P>0.05);the amount of bleeding in two groups: the laparoscopic group is(7.50±3.44)m L,the percutaneous nephroscopy group is(7.25±3.34)m L,Comparison of two sets of data, the difference was not statistically significant.(P>0.05);the incision length in two groups:the laparoscopic group is(38.50±0.95)mm,the percutaneous nephroscopy group is(6.80±0.77)mm,Comparison of two sets of data, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the postoperative exhaust time in two groups: the laparoscopic group is(1.20±0.41)d,the percutaneous nephroscopy group is(1.10±0.31)d,Comparison of two sets of data, the difference was not statistically significant.(P>0.05);the postoperative hospital stay in two groups: the laparoscopic group is(2.70±0.66)d,the percutaneous nephroscopy group is(2.85±0.88)d,Comparison of two sets of data, the difference was not statistically significant.(P>0.05);the tube drawing time after drainage in two groups: the laparoscopic group is(2.35±0.67)d,the percutaneous nephroscopy group is(2.10±0.72)d,Comparison of two sets of data, the difference was not statistically significant.(P>0.05);The postoperative drainage of laparoscopic group[(38.45±21.73)m L ]was less than that of percutaneous nephroscopy group[(68.95±26.84)m L];the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The hemoglobin and erythrocyte pressure after the operation of percutaneous nephroscopy group[(134.55±6.24)g/L ?(40.55±1.47)%] was less than that of laparoscopic group[(125.25±6.90)g/L?(40.55±1.47)%],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but all in the normal range. Conclusion:Two operation methods are effective and security for simple renal cyst at present. The retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing decompression is the first choice for the treatment of simple renal cysts. For the dorsal renal cysts, the clinical efficacy and security of percutaneous nephroscopy cyst unroofing decompression is the same as retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing decompression.
