Objective:To compare the efficacy and safety of percutaneous nephroseopy surgery and laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of simple renal cysts.Method:Fifty patients with simple renal cysts were retrospectively analyzed from January 2017 to October 2018 in the Second Affiliate Hospital of Nanchang University. They were treated by percutaneous nephroscopy cyst unroofing decompre-ssion(percutaneous nephroscopy group,25 cases)and laparoseopic renal cyst unroofing decompression(laparoscopic group,25 cases).patients with age(years),the size of the cyst(cm),the mean operation time(min),the mean bleeding(mL),postoperative complications(bleeding, infection, fever, urine leakage),the mean drainage tube drainage(ml)),tube drawing time after drainage(d),the mean hospitalization time after operation(d),surgery before and after the hemoglobin(g/L)and hematocrit(%),and follow-up data after 6 months were compared between the two groups.Result:Both groups of patients were successfully operated with an effective rate of 100%.There was no recurrence after 6 months of follow-up.percutaneous nephro-scopy group:preoperative mean hemoglobin(131.8+5.3)g/L,postoperative mean hemoglobin(129.7+6.1)g/L,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant. The mean preoperative hematocrit(43.6+2.1)%,postoperative mean hematocrit(42.9±1.5)%,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.lapar-oscopic group:preoperative mean hemoglobin(127.5±4.8)g/L,postoperative mean hemog-lobin(126.4±5.1)g/L,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant. The mean preoperative hematocrit(43.9±3.1)%,postoperative mean hematocrit(43,2±1.9)%,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Postoperative fever:3 cases in the percutaneous nephroseopy group and 4 cases in the laparoscopic group,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant. There were no kidney and surrounding organ damage in the two groups,no secondary bleeding,no perirenal infection, urinary leakage and other complications. The mean operation time was 37.8±7.2min in the percutaneous nephroscopy group<43.5±11.3min in the laparoscopic group,P<0.05.the difference was statistically significant. The mean drainage tube drainage:percutaneous nephroscopy group 67.6+28.3ml>laparoscopic group 36.7116.4ml,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. The mean number of days after drainage was removed:1.5±0.5 days in the percutaneous kidney group and 1.7±0.6 days in the laparoscopic group,P>0.05.the difference was not statistically significant. The average postoperative hospital stay:percutaneous nephroscopy group:1.8+0.8 days<laparoscopic group:2.710.6 days,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:For the dorsal renal cysts,Both surgical procedures are safe and effective.percutaneous nephroscopy cyst unroofing decompression has the advantages of minimal trauma, short operation time, quick recovery, safe and effective,is worthy of clinical application.
