| Objective To analysis the distribution in CYP2E1 polymorphism, environmental factors and ethnic Han and Hui with gastric cancer in Hehuang Valley, to research on relationship between CYP2E1 polymorphism, environmental factors and ethnic Han and Hui with gastric cancer in Hehuang Valley.Method Collect 80 Han and Hui patients with gastric cancer came from Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University between April 2013 and april 2014, all of the patients have diagnosed as gastric cancer by gastroscope biopsy and postoperative pathology biopsy. Use PCR-RFLP determine polymorphisms of Rsa I and Dra I in CYP2E1 genes. Statist gene frequency distribution in the two groups, analysis the difference of Rsa I and Dra I between ethnic Han and Hui.the Questionnaire including diet factor was used in the two groups and healthy people, the data were analyzed by Logistic regression. analysis the possible interaction of the CYP2E1 polymorphism and ethnic Han and Hui with gastric cancer in Hehuang Valley.Results The distribution of Rsa I and Dra I in ethnic Han and Hui Consistent with Hardy-Weinberg genetic equilibrium. The distribution frequency of CYP 2E1 gentype had no significant difference between ethnic Han and Hui(P>0.05).CYP2E1 polymorphism had significant interaction in the gastric cancer(P < 0.05). The environmental risk factors is tobacco smoking,pickled food,fried foods and irregular diet habits(OR>3.0).Conclusion 1. Bad diet habits and CYP2E1 C1/C1 gentype were risk factors of ethnic Han and Hui with gastric cancer in Hehuang Valley.2. CYP2E1 polymorphism and bad habit have interaction and increase the risk ethnic Han and Hui with gastric cancer in Hehuang Valley. 3. Avoiding bad diet habits, excessive smoking, drinking wine, can reduce the gastric cancer’s risk of popele with CYP2E1 C1/C1 genotype in Hehuang Valley. |
