Harmonious doctor-patient relationship is the foundation of the hospitals or even social stability.How to improve the doctor-patient relationship and patient’s satisfaction has been one of the most important indicators in health evaluation system.Meanwhile,that is the important part of many hospitals’ spiritual civilization.With the deepening of medical system reform, improvement of the people’s health needs and the development of medical technology, the doctor-patient relationship has increasingly become the social focus.The theoretical basis of this research is asymmetric information theory and public services public satisfaction theory.According to the American Customer Satisfaction Index Model, China Customer Satisfaction Index Model, domestic and international experience, factors analysis model of the doctor-patient relationship was constructed.With PDRQ-9,comments and researches,the localization doctor-patient relationship questionnaire based on the patients formed.We investigated Shanghai Tenth People’s Hospital outpatient,emergency patients and hospitalized patients. A total of 1100 questionnaires were delivered. The valid questionnaires were 679. According to the data, the reliability and validity were tested. Explore the factors of the doctor-patient relationship from the micro-level by the method of descriptive analysis and binary logistic regression.The results showed that:(1) Doctor-patient relationship is good and hospitalized patients are more satisfied than outpatients.(2) The patients are not satisfied with medical costs and treatment time.(3)The patient’s gender,household monthly per capita income, diseases department,Shanghai household registration,treatment types from different aspects impact various aspects of the doctor-patient relationship and the overall situation.Finally, the findings put forward three recommendations:(1) Through increasing government financial input, reducing information asymmetry, exploring DRGs and establishing the orderly production and distribution system of medicines and medical equipment, patient satisfaction in medical costs can be improved.(2) By setting up the excellent grading treatment system and two-way referral system, optimizing processes, we can ensure the patients’ treatment time.(3) We should focus on communication of key populations and provide personalized services to improve the doctor-patient relationship.
