| The doctor-patient relationship is a complex medical and sociological cross,The doctor-patient relationship is also a hot topic in the society.this kind of doctors,nurses,medical personnel,medical technician and a series of hospital staff special relationships with patients and their families,from the point of view of medical staff,will affect their self-efficacy,and their level of happiness.This study explores the relationship between doctor-patient relationship and its four dimensions and the well-being of medical staff in township hospitals in the context of Chinese culture,and analyzes the mediating role of self-efficacy in doctor-patient relationship and well-being.This paper adopts the empirical research method,and USES the doctor-patient relationship scale,happiness scale and self-efficacy scale as research tools to investigate and study.On the basis of 578 valid questionnaires,SPSS and AMOS were used for reliability analysis,validity analysis,correlation analysis,variance analysis and regression analysis to verify and analyze the research hypothesis.The main research conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)demographic variables:gender,educational background,marital status,working years and position all have significant effects on medical workers’ happiness.(2)the four doctor-patient relationships have different impacts on the well-being of medical workers.Specifically,understand the relationship of the medical staff of the doctor-patient relationship has significant positive influence on two dimensions of well-being,the doctor-patient relationship of trust,loyalty,relationship happiness a dimension to the medical personnel has significant positive influence,the respect of the doctor-patient relationship relationship happiness to the medical personnel of three dimensions have significant positive influence.(3)self-efficacy plays a part in mediating between doctor-patient relationship and happiness.According to the above conclusions,this study puts forward relevant Suggestions from the three levels of medical staff,patients and township health centers.First,from the perspective of medical staff,it mainly includes the support of family members to medical staff,the development of relevant training courses and psychological counseling for medical staff.Second,from the perspective of patients,it mainly includes that patients should give understanding,trust,respect and loyalty to the medical staff of the township health center,actively cooperate with the medical staff’s treatment and follow the medical staffs treatment plan.Third,from the perspective of township hospitals,it mainly includes the reasonable setting of performance assessment indicators for medical personnel,the establishment of different salary systems,the provision of training opportunities,the transparency of competition mechanism and promotion mechanism.Therefore,the medical staff of township hospitals should shape a positive doctor-patient relationship,improve the self-efficacy of medical staff and promote the generation of happiness.Finally,some shortcomings of this study and the prospect of future research are explained. |
