Objective: 1. The research of biological feedback with acupuncture treatment in patients with functional encopresis anal canal resting pressure, anal canal maximum systolic blood pressure, the influence of the anal canal contraction time longest. 2. Evaluation of biofeedback to cooperate with the clinical curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in patients with functional encopresis. Methods: 1., by adopting the method randomized controlled clinical trials will be included in the standard functional encopresis patients into the group and control group, 30 cases of treatment group and control group(n = 15). Two groups of patients in the gender, age, course of the disease, the disease and treatment before the symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine, anorectal pressure had no statistical difference, the anus dre, comparable(P > 0.05). 2. Give biofeedback treatment group with acupuncture treatment, the control group given sphincter exercises with acupuncture and moxibustion treatment, 2 times a day, 15 d for a period of treatment, treatment of two period of treatment. Observation of two groups of patients before and after treatment the total curative effect, clinical grading, main symptom, the change of anorectal pressure measuring results, and so on and so forth. Results: 1. The treatment group and control group total effective rate was 93.00%, 93.00%, respectively, from the overall clinical efficacy evaluation, and curative effect of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group(P < 0.05). 2. Two groups of patients after treatment in TCM symptoms and signs, improve aspects of anorectal pressure than before treatment were obviously improved(P < 0.05), the treatment group improved more obviously, the treatment group is better than that of control group(P < 0.05).3. Both groups can improve the patient’s anus week power, to help build normal defecation reflex, is effective for the treatment of diseases. But the treatment group than the control group patients in the anal canal resting pressure, anal canal maximum systolic blood pressure, improve aspects of anal canal contraction time longest more significantly(P < 0.05), Conclusion: Biofeedback with acupuncture treatment can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and signs, improve the anal canal systolic blood pressure, anal canal contract duration, lower rectal sensory threshold, to help set up the mechanism of normal defecation reflex, is an effective method in treatment of functional incontinence...
