| Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the traditional Chinese medicine compound Tongfu Kuanzhong Decoction combined with biofeedback in the treatment of functional constipation of defecatory disorder(pattern of qi stagnation due to spleen deficiency),and to observe the effect on the anorectal pressure measurement parameters,and to explore its clinical advantages,in order to provide integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for the treatment of FDD Scientific basis.Methods: A total of 130 patients who met the FDD inclusion criteria in the outpatient department of the Spleen and Stomach Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group(Tongfu Kuanzhong Decoction combined with biofeedback),The traditional Chinese medicine group(Tongfu Kuanzhong Decoction),the Western medicine group(biofeedback),the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group,the Chinese medicine group each had 50 cases,and the biofeedback group had 30 cases.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Compare the efficacy of TCM syndromes of each group of patients,as well as the total scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment,the scores of main symptoms,the scores of secondary symptoms,the scores of the Self-rating Quality of Life Scale for Constipation(PAC-QOL),and the parameters of anorectal pressure measurement.Results:1.Efficacy of TCM syndromes: the effective rates of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group,traditional Chinese medicine group,and western medicine group are 88.0%,78.0%,66.7%,respectively.The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group is better than the western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine group to varying degrees(P<0.01,P<0.05),while the traditional Chinese medicine group is better than the western medicine group(P<0.05).2.The total score of TCM syndromes: After treatment,the three groups all have different degrees of decline(P<0.01,P<0.05).The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group is better than the western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.01,P<0.05).0.05),while the traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly better than the western medicine group(P<0.01).3.TCM scores for main symptoms: In terms of defecation effort and uncomfortable defecation,the three groups have improved to varying degrees after treatment compared to before treatment(P<0.01,P<0.05),and the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group is better than the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group to varying degrees(P<0.01,P<0.05),while the traditional Chinese medicine group is better than the western medicine group(P<0.05);in terms of abdominal pain and bloating,the combined traditional Chinese and western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine group have significantly improved after treatment(P<0.01)There was no significant difference between the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine group(P>0.05),but it was significantly better than the western medicine group(P<0.01).4.TCM secondary symptom score: in terms of mood,fatigue after defecation,mental fatigue,lazy speech,fullness of chest and flanks,and bowel swelling,the combined traditional Chinese and western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine group were significantly improved after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.01),although the western medicine group improved compared with before treatment,it was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine group(P>0.05),and it was significantly better than the western medicine group(P<0.01).5.PAC-QOL points: After treatment,the three groups all have different degrees of decline(P<0.01,P<0.05).The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group is better than the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group in different degrees(P<0.05,P<0.01)),while the traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly better than the western medicine group(P<0.01).6.The parameters of anorectal pressure measurement: In terms of rectal defecation pressure,the three groups increased to different degrees after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.01,P<0.05).The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group was significantly better than the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group(P<0.01),while the western medicine group is better than the traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05);in terms of the residual pressure of the anus,the three groups have different degrees of decrease after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.01,P<0.05),Chinese and western medicine The combination group was significantly better than the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group(P<0.01),while the western medicine group was better than the traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).In terms of the initial rectal sensory threshold medicine group and the western medicine group(P>0.05).Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicine compound Tongfu Kuanzhong Decoction combined with biofeedback treatment of Chinese and Western medicine,mind and body treatment,internal and external treatment,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of FDD patients,such as laborious defecation,uncomfortable defecation,and abdominal distension,and significantly improve the quality of life.At the same time,the therapy can significantly increase rectal defecation pressure,down-regulate the residual pressure of the anus and the initial rectal pressure.Sensory threshold,rectal bowel distress threshold.The traditional Chinese medicine combind Western has significant clinical effects,which are significantly better than simple
