Objective:To investigate the effect of the method of nourishing qi and blood on hormone levels of decrease ovarian reserve patients, explore its clinical efficacy, and evaluate the therapeutic effect of this method so that providing theoretical basis for the application and popularization of this method in clinic. Methods:This research is that Fasting elbow vein blood of the menstrual disorders and (or) infertility patients at the age of 25 to 40-years-old from the second department of gynaecology the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Traditional Medicine between January to December,2015 was drawn in the first 2-3 days of menstruation (follicular phase) in the morning,to detect serum follicle stimulating hormone,progeste-rone,and estradiol.Based on the theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment,The subject chooses 60 cases of qualified qi and blood deficiency type decrease ovarian reserve, records endocrine manifestations, then studies on the application of the self made"Chinese medicine syndrome score table"of decrease ovarian reserve. The 60 cases of meeting the inclusion criteria of the study were randomly divided into two groups, and each group includes 30 cases. The control group was treated with simple western medicine artificial cycle, and the treatment group was treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine. Each group was treated for 3 menstrual cycles. To investigate the levels of TCM syndrome score, menstrual status, and serum sex hormone of two groups before treatment and after treatment between groups after treatment and serum sex hormone of drug withdrawal after 3 months, and record and evaluate it.Result:For comparison of TCM syndrome scores of two groups of patients before treatment, the difference was not statistical, that of two groups of patients after treatment than before treatment was very significantly reduced(p<0.01),After treatment, the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(p<0.05);the total effective rate of the treatment group, was 93.33%,and that of the control group was 80%,The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05);for the change of menstruation state, the menstruation of two groups after treatment than before treatment was all improved, and the treatment group after treatment was better than the control group in improving menstruation(p<0.05);there was no significant difference in FSH,FSH/LH and E2 between the two groups before treatment, that of two groups after treatment than before treatment was significantly improved, and there was a very significantly statistical difference(p<0.01),after treatment the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(p<0.01);for follow-up serum FSH,LH and E2 in 3 months after drug withdrawal, the difference between the two groups was very statistically significant(p<0.01).Conclusion:For combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of qi and blood deficiency type DOR,the total clinical efficacy is more obvious and stable. It is a safe and effective method for the treatment of DOR with Traditional Chinese Medicine. The combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment in improving the body sex hormones (FSH,LH and E2) levels after treatment and after follow-up for 3 months,TCM syndrome scores and menstruation of the DOR Qi and blood deficiency patients is obviously superior to simple western medicine group.Treatment efficacy of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine than simple western medicine may be more durable, and long term efficacy is better. The method of nourishing qi and blood on improving hormone levels in patients with Qi and blood deficiency type DOR is significantly effective, and it provides a reliable basis for the development of traditional Chinese medicine to improve the development of Qi and blood deficiency type DOR.
