| Objective This article observes the clinical efficacy of Zishenyangfei method in the treatment of patients with impaired ovary reserve function of lung and kidney yin deficiency,evaluates the TCM symptom scores and sex hormones,AMH,AFC of patients before and after treatment,and compares with Western medicine group To explore the curative effect of nourishing kidney and nourishing lung method on the decline of ovarian reserve function,and provide basis for clinical promotion and application。Methods Using clinical observation methods,the research subjects were 30-40 years old outpatient cases who were treated in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine Gynecology and Wenmen Hospital of Sanmen County People’s Hospital from October 2018 to December 2019..62 patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine are divided into 2 groups,the Chinese medicine group.is treated with Zishen Yangfei Cube,one dose a day,and sooner or later;the western medicine group is given estradiol valerate tablets+didrogesterone Tablet artificial cycle treatment.Both groups were treated continuously for 3 menstrual cycles,comprehensive evaluation of the treatment of nourishing the kidney and nourishing the lungs was carried out with TCM symptom scores,serum sex hormones(FSH,LH,FSH/LH),AMH,and B-ultrasonic sinus follicle count(AFC)Efficacy and safety.Results 1.In terms of TCM symptoms,after treatment,the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group significantly decreased in the premenstrual period and hot flushes and night sweats,P>0.05,there was no significant difference;in the decrease of menstrual flow,waist and knee weakness,dry throat,tinnitus or deafiness,Dizziness,fatigue,insomnia and more dreams,the Chinese medicine group scores decreased more significantly,there are significant differences(P<0.05).2.In terms of sex hormones,the FSH,LH,FSH/LH of the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group decreased after treatment,and the differences were not significant(P>0.05);the number of sinus follicles in the Chinese medicine group increased more than the western medicine group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);There was no difference in AMH before and after treatment between the two groups.3.After treatment,the total effective rate of the Chinese medicine group was 93.3%,and the total effective rate of the western medicine group was 90.0%.Both the treatment methods had good results。Conclusion The method of nourishing the kidney and nourishing the lungs in the treatment of patients with decreased ovarian reserve function of the lung-yin deficiency type,compared with the western medicine group,the TCM symptom score is better than that of the western medicine group.The increase of the number of follicles was better than that of the western medicine group.Therefore,we believe that the method of nourishing the kidney and nourishing the lung is effective in treating the decline of decreased ovarian reserve of the lung-yin deficiency type,which is better than the western medicine group。... |
