| Objective:Through the kidney blood deficiency type ovarian reserve function fitting line of micro stimulus stimulate ovulation IVF-ET patients with traditional Chinese medicine nourishing the kidney and nourishing the blood soup after the intervention,to observe the clinical curative effect,To explore the effect of nourishing the kidney and nourishing the blood soup on hormone levels and oocyte retrieval rate in patients with low ovarian reserve function.Methods:In March 2017 to February 2017 in reproductive medicine the first affiliated hospital of henan medical university meets the criteria for the 112 cases of kidney blood deficiency of ovarian reserve function fitting line of micro stimulus stimulate ovulation IVF-ET patients,randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 56.Two groups of patients were given ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets on the 3rd day of the menstrual cycle,1 time 1 tablet,1time 1 day,and 21 days of oral administration,followed by 2 menstrual cycles.FSH,E2 and AMH were measured on the third day of the third menstrual cycle,and the patients with FSH no more than 10mIU/ml were enrolled in the ovulation cycle,and the mini-stimulation protocol was conducted.Namely,on the third day of the third menstrual cycle,the oral citrate clomiphene tablet was taken from 50 to 100mg,one time a day for five consecutive days.On the 8th day of the menstrual cycle,the intramuscular injection of the human menopausal gonadotropin（HMG）was 150IU,while the vaginal ultrasound was used to monitor follicular development.when the dominant follicle diameter up to 18 mm,disable HMG,In combination with E2 level,intramuscular human chorionic gonadotrophin（HCG）5000-10000U for the night,and the ovum were taken after 34-36h.In the treatment group,the treatment group received the oral ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets,and the treatment group was given kidney-nourishing and nourishing the blood soup,1 time 200ml,2times a day,stop kidney-nourishing and nourishing the blood soup on the first two days of your enstrual cycle,and taking two consecutive menstrual cycles.In the third day of the third menstrual cycle,the patients who entered the ovulation cycle continued to take the kidney-nourishing and nourishing soup,the same method as before,to the day of ovulation.The control group did not interfere with traditional Chinese medicine.The basal follicle-stimulating hormone（bFSH）,basal estradiol（bE2）,and AMH levels were observed in the two groups;The number of sinus follicle（AFC）and the oocyte retrieval rates after treatment in two groups;HCG day E2 level after treatment in both groups;TCM syndromes of two groups after treatment.Results:（1）The clinical efficiency of the treatment group was 83.6%,and the clinical efficiency of the control group was 66.6%.The clinical efficiency of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.（2）The levels of bFSH and bE2 in both groups decreasedaftertreatment,andthedifferencewasstatistically significant（P<0.05）,compared to before treatment.The difference in bFSH and bE2levels between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）,and the improvement of bFSH and bE2 levels in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.The level of AMH in both groups increased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）,compared to before treatment.The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）,between the two groups after treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group in improving AMH level.（3）The number of sinus follicles was increased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）,and the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the number of sinus follicles.（4）The oocyte retrieval rates of the treatment group and the control group was 71.8%and 61.4%respectively,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）compared with that in the two groups,and the oocyte retrieval rates in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）compared to the E2 level of HCG day after treatment.（5）Treatment group after treatment of TCM symptom score was 6.96±3.35,the control group of TCM symptom score was15.06±3.23,the two groups after treatment of TCM syndrome integral decreased,compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）.After treatment,the curative effect of TCM syndrome was 93.8%,and the efficacy of TCM syndromes in the control group was 29.1%,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms and signs of TCM.Conclusion:（1）kidney-nourishing and nourishing the blood soup can reduce the bFSH and bE2 levels of patients with low ovarian reserve function,improve the level of AMH and HCG day E2,increase the number of sinus follicle,and improve the function of ovarian reserve.（2）kidney-nourishing and nourishing the blood soup can improve the oocyte retrieval rates of patients with low ovarian reserve function.（3）kidney-nourishing and nourishing the blood soup can improve the TCM symptoms of patients with low ovarian reserve function. |
