Objective:This article mainly discusses the nursing effect of using cooperative nursing mode to patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury by intermittent catheterization.Method:56 patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury were divided into control group and observation group according to the random digital table method.28 patients in each group were treated with routine nursing on the basis of basic nursing, while the patients in the experimental group were treated with cooperative nursing. The experimental group implemented collaborative care model on the basis of usual care, the control group implemented routine nursing care on the basis of usual care, the interventiontime was 4 weeks. We got the lower urinary tract function by using Lower Urinary Tract Basic Data set for Spinal Cord Injury 、probability of urinary tract infection、WHO-QOL-BREF.Then we compared lower urinary tract function、probability of urinary tract infection、WHO-QOL-BREF and the occurrence rate of urinary system infection between the two groups after 4 weeks.Result:After 4 weeks of intervention, the lower urinary tract function of two groups The experimental group was significantly improved compared with the control group. After 4 weeks of intervention, the experimental group occurrence rate of urinary system infection was significantly decreased than control group. The WHO-QOL-BREF of the two groups were improved, and the experimental group was higher than control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions:after the use of cooperative nursing, the bladder function of patients with neurogenic intermittent bladder catheterization after spinal cord injury has been restored to a certain extent, reducing the incidence of urinary tract infection, improving the quality of life of patients, and making patients better return to their families and society, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
