Objective:This paper intends to improve contrast by clinical signs and symptoms, syndromes change efficacy evaluation, adverse reaction rates and relapse rates and other indicators to observe the Xiaotong decoction effect on Migraine due to Coagulated Cold and Blood Stasis. Conduct scientific and objective assessment of its efficacy and its therapeutic mechanism described theoretically for Chinese medicine treatment of migraine.Methods:Choose met the inclusion criteria and by the exclusion of 72 patients after standard screening, 36 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 36 cases. The treatment group received treatment Xiaotong decoction, various drugs are Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medieine of herbs provide the party room, and a unified fried hospital extracting machine, one dose a day, morning and evening hours service. The control group received Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules, 10 mg, orally, once a night. Two records are 60 days for a course of treatment. And treatment of patients 1 months after the end of follow-up, the relapse rate of patients were compared. Then compared the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) syndrome score,The headache intention,lasting-time,frequency,accompanying-symotom scores,hemorheologyand TCD of two Groups before and after treatment.Results:1.The study included 72 cases, after the end of the experiment the treatment group of 30 patients in the control group of 30 patients(shedding 12 cases). No former general treatment, such as age, sex, duration and other aspects of a significant difference(P>0.05), comparable.2.The effective rates of clinical symptoms are 90.00% and 73.33% in treatment group and control group, respectively there is significant difference between two groups(p<0.05). The effective rates of the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms are 90.00% and 76.67%(p<0.05) in treatment group and control group. Else, in the aspects of controlling headache days,frequency,degree and duration aspects,there are significant differences between two groups(p<0.05).In the aspect of TCD, serotonin index,comparison between treatment group and control group with significant difference,the treatment group curative effect is better than the control group.After one month follow-up,Two groups of patients with recurrence after statistics analysis(P<0.05),the treatment group is lower than the control group.Conclusion:Xiaotong Decoction might be effective in treating migraine belonging to type of coagulated cold blood stasis. The clinical efficacy is better than placebo; In improving symptoms of Chinese medicine, Xiaotong Decoction is also better than placebo. No adverse drug reactions is found and the is safe reliable. So Xiaotong Decoction is worth promoting in clinical application.
