ObjectivesThe study on oral and subtract therapeutic ear pills on the clinical effect of the treatment of blood stasis type of migraine patients,to study the treatment of migraine symptoms and accompanying symptoms improve the situation, assess whether oral and subtract therapeutic joint ear pills can improve the clinical curative effect of treating migraine, shorten the treatment period of treatment, reduce the recurrence rate.To provide clinical basis for internal and external treatment of migraine with traditional Chinese medicine, and enrich the treatment of migraine with traditional Chinese medicine.MethodsIn this study,64 patients with blood stasis migraine who met the requirements were selected as the research object. The patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. After signing the informed consent,32 patients in the experimental group were treated with orally modified Xuefuzhuyu Decoction combined with ear acupoint pressure pill, while 32 patients in the control group were treated with orally modified Xuefuzhuyu Decoction for 4 weeks. To evaluate the headache score,VAS score, halve rate of headache onset days,PRO score of migraine outcome and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment in 2 groups,so as to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Xuefu zhuyu Decoction combined with ear acupoint pressing pill.ResultsBasic data:4 cases were removed or exculpated.A total of 60 patients with blood stasis migraine meeting the criteria were eventually included in this study,30 cases in the test group and 30 cases in the control group.Baseline data of patients in the two groups were statistically analyzed, including gender composition, age segment, disease course distribution, occupational nature, headache severity, headache score,PRO score of migraine outcome,TCM syndrome,etc(P>0.05),showing no statistical difference and comparability.Headache score:After treatment, scores and total scores of migraine in both groups decreased significantly compared with before treatment(P<0.01).Comparison between groups:the improvement degree of headache frequency, headache duration and accompanying symptoms in experimental group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).Halved rate of headache onset days:the halved rate of headache onset days in the experimental group was 80.00%,and the halved rate of headache onset days in the control group was 56.67%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that the experimental group had better effect on reducing headache onset days than the control group.PRO score of migraine outcome:The scores and total scores of PRO of headache in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment, with significant differences(P<0.01).The improvement degree of headache and somatic symptoms in experimental group was significantly better than that in control group(P<0.01).TCM syndromes score:After treatment, the scores and total scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment, with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).The improvement degree of pain, such as cone-prickling and somnolence in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the disease:in the experimental group,9 cases were cured,16 cases were significantly effective,3 cases were effective, and 2 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 93.33%.In the control group,6 cases were cured,11 cases were significantly effective,9 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 86.67%.The rank sum test showed a statistical difference(P<0.05),and the clinical efficacy of the test group was better than that of the control group.Therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes:in the experimental group,6 cases were cured,10 cases were significantly effective,10 cases were effective, and 4 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 86.67%.In the control group,3 cases were cured,6 cases showed obvious effect,12 cases were effective, and 9 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 70.00%.After examination, there was a statistical difference(P<0.05),indicating that the experimental group had better overall efficacy in improving the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of migraine with blood stasis. The follow-up efficacy after 4 weeks of drug withdrawal:there were significant statistical differences between the two groups in headache score, the halving rate of headache onset days,PRO score of migraine outcome, and TCM syndrome score(P<0.01).It is suggested that the two groups have good maintenance efficacy in improving headache, improving the quality of life of migraine patients and improving the TCM syndrome of blood stasis, and the maintenance efficacy of the experimental group is better than that of the control group.Conclusions1.Oral addition and subtraction of Xuefuzhuyu Decoction combined with ear acupoint pressure pills and oral addition and subtraction of Xuefuzhuyu Decoction can effectively improve headache onset and TCM syndrome of migraine patients with blood stasis, improve the quality of life of patients, and have obvious therapeutic effects.2.Oral addition and reduction of Xuefuzhuyu Decoction combined with ear acupoint pressure pill can better relieve the attack intensity of migraine patients with blood stasis type, reduce the number of days of headache attack, shorten the duration of headache attack, reduce accompanying symptoms, and have a better overall effect on migraine disease than oral Chinese medicine alone.3.Quality of life:Oral Xuefuzhuyu Decoction combined with ear acupoint pressure pill can improve headache, physical symptoms and mental state of migraine patients with blood stasis than oral Xuefuzhuyu Decoction alone.4.Oral addition and subtraction of Xuefuzhuyu Decoction combined with ear acupoint pressure pill improved the TCM syndromic effect of headache and pain fixation,as well as the purple, tortuous or irritable vein under the tongue in patients with migraine with blood stasis, and the TCM syndromic effect was better than that of the control group.5.Both treatments have good maintenance efficacy for migraine patients with blood stasis, and the overall efficacy is better than that after 4 weeks of treatment, and the maintenance efficacy of oral addition and reduction of Xuefuzhuyu Decoction combined with ear acupoint pressure pill is better than that of oral administration of Xuefuzhuyu Decoction alone.6.In general, oral addition and reduction of Xuefuzhuyu Decoction combined with ear acupoint pressure pill has definite efficacy, simple operation, high safety and low recurrence rate, which is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
