Clinical Study Of Xing Qi Hua Yu Acupuncture In Treating Blood Stasis Type Of Migraine

Objective: With method of randomized controlled observation Xingqi Huayu acupuncture and acupuncture non acupoints and oral administration of routine western medicine therapy is effective in the treatment of blood stasis type migraine, to clinical follow permit observation that pain rating scale of change as an objective index to evaluate the clinical efficacy of two therapies that clinical effectiveness and safety of gas Huayu acupuncture in the treatment of blood stasis blocking collateral type migraine; and provide a standardized and effective new therapies for the treatment of.Methods: Through the case selection, selection of 60 cases of migraine patients,1:1 randomized into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each, which treatment group by Xingqi Huayu acupuncture(local Ashi points by venesection and distal Hegu, Taichong, Sanyinjiao acupuncture reinforcing reducing treatment; control group with acupuncture on non acupoint heding 1 inch with conventional western medicine oral ergotamine caffeine treatment. Continuous treatment for 5 days,records of clinical treatment, to establish a database, using SPSS19.0 software, for the two groups of blood stasis migraine patients before and after treatment evaluation method for TCM symptoms, VAS, TCD income data were statistically analyzed.Results: Statistical analysis: Qi stasis acupuncture group and Western medicine group at the pain has remarkable curative effect and significant efficiency was93.33% and 83.33% respectively; in the long term significant efficiency, gas Huayu acupuncture group and Western medicine group total cure rate 53.33%, 13.33%respectively, that in the long term curative effect of treatment group curative effect.Conclusion: Xingqizhuyu acupuncture in treating blood stasis type of migraine have a significant effect. Besides the obvious analgesic effect, it has the effect of delaying the recurrence of the patients, improving the cerebral vessels, and the advantages of wide age, improving cure and low dependence.. The acupuncture acupoints streamlined, standardized acupuncture, safe and no adverse reaction,comfortable position for patients, while reducing the pain of patients, so it is very easy to be the majority of patients accepted and has great value of popularization.
