Clinical Observation On Da Wenjing Decoction In The Treatment Of Cold-stagnation And Blood-stasis Type Primary Dysmenorrhea

Objective:By observing the clinical curative effect of Da Wenjing decoction in the treatment of cold-stagnation and blood-stasis type primary dysmenorrhea,it provides an effective method for the future clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:42 cases of cold-stagnation and blood-stasis type primary dysmenorrhea patients,admitted in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine gynecology clinic from April 2016 to July 2017,were selected to make a contrastive analysis with the before and after treatment of self-control method.The patients began to take Da Wenjing decoction 7 days before the menstrual period,taking 14 doses in succession.The continuous medication lasted for 3 menstrual cycles without stop even during period.Some elements like menstrual pain point,dysmenorrhea effect,TCM symptom score,TCM symptom curative effect,VAS score and VAS curative effect of dysmenorrheal of patients will be compared with the condition of pre-treatment.Results:Among these 42 patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold-stagnation and blood-stasis,2 invalid cases existed during the treatment of 3 menstrual cycles.The dysmenorrhea effect is as follows:6 cases were cured,17 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 95.00%.The dysmenorrhea pain points are reduced from 10.13 ± 2.46 to 3.90 ± 3.91(P<0.05).The TCM symptom curative effect is as following:4 cases were cured,14 cases were markedly effective,21 cases were effective,1 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 97.50%.The TCM symptom score decrease to 5.35 ±2.94(P<0.05)from 15.70 ± 3.48.VAS curative effect of dysmenorrhea is as follows:22 cases were cured,9cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 92.50%.The scores are reduced from 5.38 ± 1.66 to 1.63 ± 2.18(P<0.05).After the treatments of 3 menstrual cycles,dysmenorrhea state,TCM symptom score and VAS scores of dysmenorrhea were significantly improved.Conclusions:1.Da Wenjing decoction shows its remarkable curative effect in the treatment of cold-stagnation and blood-stasis type primary dysmenorrhea.2.Da wenjing decoction has the effect of dispersing cold through warming and promoting blood circulation and removing blood-stasis,and can effectively improve the primary TCM symptoms of cold-stagnation and blood-stasis type primary dysmenorrhea.3.The VAS score of dysmenorrhea can be effectively reduced by the Da Wengjing decoction,indicating that the Da Wengjing decoction has certain inhibitory effect on pain.
