Effect Of Yuyin Qingre Decoction On Sex Hormone Of Preceeded Menorrhea Of Kidney Yin Deficiency

Objective: Observe the effect of Chinese medicine yuyin qingre decoction on sex hormone of preceeded menorrhea of kidney yin deficiency and the curative effect of yuyin qingre decoction on it.Methods:Compare the standard of 100 patients to 50 women with regular menstruation.Observe the ralationship between preceeded menorrhea of kidney yin deficiency and sex hormone and the ralationship between different ages and sex hormone of preceeded menorrhea of kidney yin deficiency.This topic will be included in the standard of 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups,control group 50 cases,treatment group 50 casea.Treatment group with traditional Chinese medicine yuyin qingre tang,the control group given to liangditang.Observe and record of menstrual cycle before and after treatment in both goup,TCM sydrome integral,progesterone change and relapse.Results: 1.Preceeded menorrhea of kidney yin deficiency and FSH was positively correlated,P<0.05.Preceeded menorrhea of kidney yin deficiency with older than 42 and FSH was positively correlated,P<0.05.2.Two groups of patients after treatment curative effect comparison: two group total effective rate of treatment group respectively 96% and 90% in control group,after statistics analysis,there were no significant difference P>0.05;Two groups of the cure rate of treatment group respectively 26% and 20% in control group,there was no significant difference P>0.05.3.In terms of improving syndromes:two groups of patients after treatment of CM symptom score before the treatment had significant difference,P<0.05,and the treatment group score significantly lower than the control group after treatment,P<0.05,there is significant difference.4.Effects of progesterone therapy group before and after comparison,the levels of FSH and LH were reduced in both groups,all have significant difference P<0.05,the comparison between groups after treatment,there was significant difference P<0.05.The treatment group was significantly lower than the control group.5.Effects of progesterone therapy group before and after comparison,the levels of E2 and P were increased in both groups,all have significant difference P<0.05,the comparison between groups after treatment,there was significant difference P<0.05.The treatment group was significantly higher than the control group.The comparison of effects of progesterone therapy group before and after,the levels of PRL and T has no significant difference,P>0.05.6.Two groups of menstruation menstrual function curative effect comparison:no statistically signifcant difference,P>0.05.Conclusion: Chinese medicine yuyin qingre tang for preceeded menorrhea of kidney yin deficiency preceeded menorrhea curative effect,in the aspect of regulating syndromes and sex hormone has obvious advantage,and the treatment metheod which is safe,non-toxic side effects,has a certain clinical value.
