Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Buyang Huanwu Decoction On The Improvement Of Spinal Cord Functional Status After Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy (qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Jiawe Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoction on the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis after operation of cervical spondylotic myelopathy.Through scientific statistical analysis,its effectiveness and safety are objectively evaluated.The treatment mechanism is To provide theoretical and practical evidences for TCM treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis after cervical spondylotic myelopathy.Methods:A randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted.By random number table,forty patients who met the inclusion criteria were assigned to the control group and the observation group,with 20 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were treated with Jiaweixu Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Postoperative rehabilitation respectively at the same time of basic treatment,both for 4 weeks.Before treatment,2 weeks after treatment,4 weeks after treatment,the spinal cord function scores and TCM syndrome scores of two groups were statistically analyzed and evaluated.Results:1.The spinal function scores of the two groups of patients after 2 week of treatment and 4 weeks after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment(P <0.05),2 and 4 weeks after treatment The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05)2.The difference of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups after 2 and 4 weeks after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),2 and 4 weeks after treatment The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3 the end of the treatment cycle after 4 weeks,95% was the total effective rate in the treatment group,85% was the total effective rat in the control group,significant differences between the two groups was showed in the rank sum test(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Jia Wei Bu Yang Huan Wu decoction and Postoperative rehabilitation can improve spinal cord functional status,improve TCM syndrome and improve clinical efficiency of cervical spondylotic myelopathy after operation.2.In improving spinal cord functional status and TCM syndromes in patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis after operation,Jiawei Bu Yang Huanwu Decoction is superior to Postoperative rehabilitation,Efficiency is high in the clinical.3.The use of Jiaweixughuanwu Tang and Postoperative rehabilitation in patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy after blood stasis syndrome,no clinical adverse reactions,indicating that the treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy after qi stagnation syndrome is safe and effective,Worthy of clinical promotion;4.There are many problems in this research,such as small sample size and limited source;lack of scientific and objective scoring criteria for clinical efficacy evaluation and subjective evaluation as the main evaluation criteria;The pharmacological mechanism of Jiawe Bu Yuan Huan Wu Decoction failed to be elucidated through animal experiments.Problems such as lack of follow-up in long-term follow-up have to be further improved and improved in the future.
