Clinical Efficacy Of Acupuncture United With Hand Sanli And Shoulder Pain Acupoint Catgut Embedding In The Treatment Of Shoulder Dorsal Myofascitis

ObjectiveIn this study,a randomized controlled trial was conducted to observe the validity and security of traditional acupuncture united with Hand Sanli and Shoulder Pain Acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of shoulder dorsal myofascitiis,and to analyze the clinical efficacy of traditional acupuncture united with Hand Sanli and Shoulder Pain Acupoint in the treatment of shoulder dorsal myofascitiis.The clinical efficacy of traditional acupuncture united with local acupuncture point embedding treatment of shoulder and back was compared with that of traditional acupuncture united with local acupuncture point catgut embedding treatment,with the purpose of looking for better therapeutic regimen and ideas to cure shoulder dorsal myofascitiis.MethodsIn all 70 suffers were included in this study and randomly divided into the treatment tranche and the matched tranche,with 35 patients in each tranche.On the strength of traditional acupuncture,the treatment group was treated with Hand Sanli and Shoulder Pain Acupoint,while the control group was treated with local acupuncture points in the shoulder and back.The acupuncture points were buried once in 10 days,one time for one treatment course,in all 2 treatment courses.The Simple McGill Pain Questionnaire(SF-MPQ)scale and the clinical soft tissue injury symptoms and signs scale were used as the main observations.The observation points were before treatment,after 1 course of treatment,after the end of treatment and followed up for 1 month.Result1.33 cases were completed in the treatment group and 31 cases were completed in the control group in this study.There was no statistically significant comparison between the baseline data of the subjects in the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the two groups were comparable.2.Efficacy analysis: the whole validity rate of the treatment group was 93.94%,and the matched group was 87.10%,the distinction between the two groups was statistical meaning(P<0.05).3.Simple McGill pain(SF-MPQ)score and tissue syndrome damage and sign grades analysis:(1)Intra-group comparison:SF-MPQ grade and symptom and sign score of soft tissue damage decreased in both groups after therapy and after 10 days of buried wire therapy,with statistical distinction(P<0.05).There were statistically significant distinction in SF-MPQ score and soft tissue damage between the treatment group and the treatment group during follow-up(P<0.05),while there were no statistically significant distinction in SF-MPQ grade and soft tissue damage score between the control group and the treatment group during follow-up(P>0.05).(2)Intergroup comparison:there were statistically significant distinction in SF-MPQ grade and soft tissue damage grade between the two groups after therapy(P<0.05).There was statistical difference in SFMPQ grade between the two groups after 10 days of buried wire therapy(P<0.05),while there was no statistical difference in soft tissue damage grade between the two groups(P>0.05).At follow-up,there were significant distinction in SF-MPQ grade and soft tissue damage score between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions1.Conventional acupuncture combined with Shousanli and Shoulder-pain acupoint embedding therapy and conventional acupuncture combined with local acupoint embedding of shoulder and back have curative effect on the clinical symptoms of patients with shoulder and back myofascitis.The curative effect of conventional acupuncture combined with Shoulsanli and Shoulder-pain acupoint embedding of line is superior to that of conventional acupuncture combined with local acupoint embedding of shoulder and back.2.Compared with the conventional acupuncture combined with suture embedding therapy at local points of shoulder and back,the conventional acupuncture combined with suture embedding therapy at Shou Sanli and Shoulder Pain acupoints can improve the pain symptoms more obviously after 1 course of treatment,and has more advantages in maintaining long-term efficacy.3.Routine acupuncture combined with thread embedding therapy at Shou Sanli and Shoulder Pain points is more convenient to operate,with high safety factor,easy to be accepted by patients and high dependence.
