Objective:This research attempts to through to the shandong university hospital of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture nearly five years has been confirmed and hospital treatment of cervical spondylosis patients’ medical records to conduct a comprehensive, system, retrospective study, a preliminary analysis of characteristics of the onset of cervical spondylosis, and characteristics from acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis, and objective evaluation of the hospital diagnosis and treatment of acupuncture on cervical spondylosis of clinical curative effect, for the treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of this disease provides referential ideas.Methods:Cases according to the research purpose, design information collection form, record room statistics from the hospital from January 2010 to December 2010, the first diagnosis of cervical spondylosis patients all case number, according to the case number all refer to relevant cases, the basic information of the patients, symptoms, signs, important laboratory and imaging examination results associated with the disease and treatment methods and curative effect, etc., recorded on information collection form, all the data into the computer, use SPSS19.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of information.Results:1. This study collected cases 104 cases. The gender relation with the disease, good hair at 40 ~ 69 years of age, accounted for 79.81% of all cases; Autumn and winter seasons is higher, accounted for 70.19% of all the cases.2. Overworked, catch cold catch cold, and posture are main the onset of the disease or aggravating factors, the cause of long-term emotional tension is also important.3.The diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine is given priority to with a polioplus partners, accounted for 76.92% of all cases. TCM syndrome type with "qi deficiency and blood stasis" and "kidney deficiency" is given priority to, respectively, 30.77% and 23.08% of all cases collected.4.Treatment, all patients were applied acupuncture therapy, to find out the corresponding lesions segmental neck clip ridge, cooperate with distal find out primarily. Most of the patients with TDP, electric acupuncture, per cutem and medicine comprehensive treatment.5.Use acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis, three weeks or so can be improved significantly.Conclusion:Acupuncture treatment of different types of cervical spondylosis has good curative effect; Clinical data further confirmed the complexity of the different disease, syndrome type of cervical spondylosis; Acupuncture with other external treatment and internal and target and way of treatment the disease provides the possibility for clinical conservative treatment.
