real-time,recent and forward curative effect,time of treatment respectively with 4 weeks,3 months,6 months,scale,effect of different period for statistics and analysis.5.Statistical analysis: the statistical software package was analyzed by SpSS18.0,and the comparison between the two groups in the group and the comparison between the groups was conducted by rank sum test and t test.Descriptive statistics or chi-square test were used in the analysis method.Results:This study recruited 90 dedical cases.In the treatment group,there were one loss of the patients in the treatment group for the busy work,and one case was not treated on time due to the burning pain,which accounted for 10.0% of the total observed cases,and 27 cases were completed in the treatment group.The sex,age,medical history in these three groups are comparable.Before treatment,the difference in Mcgill pain scale scores,NPQ neck pain scale scores,SF-36 scores and Cervical joint activity scores have no statistical significance,they ar e comparable.(1)Mcgill pain scale scoresThe McGill pain scale scores change(including PPI,VAS,PRI)of three groups shown differences statistically significance(P<0.05)after treatment of second week,third week,fourth week and followed up for 3 months,which illustrated that there were different in improving The McGill pain scale scores in these three methods and the method in the treatment group was the best one.There was no significant difference in McGill pain scale scores between the three groups(P> 0.05)during the follow-up period of 6 months after the treatment,indicating that there were no significant differences between the three methods in improving the long-term efficacy of McGill pain scale scores.(2)NPQ neck pain scale scoresThe NPQ neck pain scale scores change of three groups shown differences statistically significance(P<0.05)after treatment of second week,third week,fourth week and followed up for 3 months,which illustrated that there were different in improving NPQ neck pain scale scores in these three methods and the method in the treatment group was the best one.There was no significant difference in NPQ neck pain scale scores between the three groups(P> 0.05)during the follow-up period of 6 months after the treatment,indicating that there were no significant differences between the three methods in improving the long-term efficacy of NPQ neck pain scale scores.(3)SF-36 scoresIn the initial stage of treatment,at the second week,the patients in the three groups showed a decrease in the score of the SF-36 scores scores,but the difference in efficacy was not statistically significant(P>0.05).And the SF-36 scores scores change of three groups shown differences statistically significance(P<0.05)after treatment of third week,fourth week and followed up for 3 months,which illustrated that there were different in improving SF-36 scores in these three methods and the method in the treatment group was the best one.There was no significant difference in SF-36 scores between the three groups(P> 0.05)during the follow-up period of 6 months after the treatment,indicating that there were no significant differences between the three methods in improving the long-term efficacy of SF-36 scores.(4)Cervical joint activity scoresThe cervical joint activity scores change of three groups shown differences statistically significance(P<0.05)after treatment of second week,third week,fourth week and followed up for 3 months,which illustrated that there were different in improving cervical joint activity scores in these three methods and the method in the treatment group was the best one.There was no significant difference in cervical joint activity scores between the three groups(P> 0.05)during the follow-up period of 6 months after the treatment,indicating that there were no significant differences between the three methods in improving the long-term efficacy of cervical joint activity scores(5)Treatment sfficacy evaluationAfter tne treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 92.86%,while the control group 1 was 71.43% and the control group 2 was 66.67%.The treatment group's effective rate was higher than the control groups.At the follow-up visit after 6 months,the effective rate of the treatment group was 89.29%,while the control group 1 was 64.29% and the control group 2 was 62.96%.The treatment group's effective rate was higher than the control groups.At the follow-up visit after 6 months,the effective rate of the treatment group was 82.14%,while the control group 1 was 60.71% and the control group 2 was 55.56%.There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the three groups.Conclusion:The acupuncture and wheat moxibustion therapy in Neck three neddles can effectively improve clinical symptoms of the neck type of cervical spondylosis patients which were effective in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Both can significantlt reduce neck pain and improve the ability of the neck of patients.Both can treat the cervical spondylosis safely and effectively.Acupuncture combined with the wheat moxibustion have better effect than other two methods,deserving a full scale promotion in clinical practice. |
