Objective To study the clinical effect of acupuncture on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy of nerve root type,so as to confirm the effectiveness of acupuncture on cervical radiculopathy and promote its wide clinical application. Methods a total of 92 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly selected from the outpatient department / inpatient department of acupuncture and moxibustion Department of orthopedics and traumatology Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine from August 2018 to June 2019.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, they were divided into control group and study group according to the method of random number table.46 patients in each group were treated with acupuncture at Jiaji point in the control group.Treatment: the patients in the study group were treated with acupuncture at Jingtong point, once a day,six times a week, rest for one day, continue to the next course of treatment,a total of two consecutive courses of treatment. On this basis, the statistical software package spss24.0 was used to process and analyze the treatment effect of the two groups, including the total effective rate,Chinese medicine symptom score,VAS score, cascs score, neck mobility, quality of life and other indicators. To evaluate the application value of acupuncture at Jingtong point in the treatment of radicular pain of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. The statistical method used in this study is to process the two groups of data through spss24.0,the form of measurement data is "(?)±(?)",the result is t-testt the form of count data is "n%%",the result is 2 test, with 0.05 as the cboundary value. If p is lower than the boundary value,it indicates that the difference is statistically significant.Results(1)After two courses of treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was 91.3%,and that of the control group was 76.09%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).(2)before the treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in TCM syndrome score(P > 0.05),but the TCM syndrome score of the study group after two courses of treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).(3)After two courses of treatment, the VAS scores of the control group and the research group were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the VAS scores of the research group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05).(4)After two courses of treatment, the CASCS score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).(5)before treatment, there was no significant difference in neck mobility between the control group and the study group(P < 0.05),but the neck mobility score of the two groups after two courses of treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment, and the study group was lower than the control group, with significant difference(P < 0.05).(6)The study group and the control group were followed up for 3 months. The results showed that the total score of quality of life in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion acupuncture at cervical pain points can achieve ideal therapeutic effect in patients with radicular cervical spondylosis, which is helpful to control the progress of the disease, relieve symptoms and signs, relieve pain, improve the function of the neck, regulate the activity of the neck, and promote the patients to gradually return to normal quality of life.
