Clinical Research On Ding Xuan Jiang Ya Tang Treating Essential Hypertension

Objective: to observe the fixed anti-dazzle step-down drink soup in Yin deficiency type hand clinical efficacy in the treatment of high blood pressure. Methods: selecting and inclusion criteria in 60 cases of patients with high blood pressure, randomly divided into two groups: control group and treatment group, respectively, 30 cases in each group, control group given indapamide tablets, the treatment group given indapamide tablet and dazzling soup, observation curative effect after 4 weeks. Results: the total effective rate treatment group antihypertensive effects in comparison between groups, there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05); Lumbar acid, knee in improving soft, five upset hot, the symptom such as insomnia, comparison between groups, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01). Two groups of MLAB kidney damage indexes before and after treatment, the NAG improved obviously, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion: fixed anti-dazzle step-down soup decoction of the clinical effect of high blood pressure, provides a new theoretical content for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of hypertension, laid a theoretical foundation for further studies after.
